The one and only, Chapter 11, Part 3

At the lake house, Skye came in and looked around as Alexis entered. "Skye, you want to meet me here?" Alexis asked. "Yes, I would like to buy the lake house back from you," Skye replied. "You can have it, on the house," Alexis said. "Thank you," Skye responded. Alexis took Skye's hand. "Whatever you need, let me know. I will make Bobbie pay for this," Alexis said. "So you believe it was Bobbie?" Skye asked. "Yes, we have proof," Alexis confirmed. "Good, the funeral is tomorrow," Skye said. "I will be there," Alexis assured her. "Skye, what you did for Carly and Josslyn was the right thing," Alexis added. "I believe it too. Josslyn needs her mother. I know what it's like not to have your mother in your life," Skye said. "Yes, it's hard," Alexis responded and left. Skye looked around the place, remembering the times she spent with Jax here, then she left.

At the docks, Monica was walking when she ran into Carly. "I heard Skye let you out," Monica said. "Yes, she did. I guess I still owe Quartermaine. Josslyn told me how you threw yourself in front of her and Lila Rae," Carly explained. "I'm not just a doctor, but a mother. Josslyn and Lila Rae are just little girls. That's why I did it. No matter what I think of you, Carly, Josslyn is an innocent child," Monica said. "Yes, she is. Thank you," Carly responded. "You're welcome. I just hope now that you're out, you'll leave AJ and Michael alone," Monica added. "I will. I can't stop Michael anyway," Carly admitted. "No, you can't," Monica said and walked away.

Carly was about to leave when Skye approached her, crying. "Skye, are you okay?" Carly asked. "No, I'm just planning Jax's funeral," Skye answered. "I'm sorry," Carly said. "I'll be okay. I also bought the lake house back from Alexis. Lila Rae, Rae, and I will be living there," Skye explained. "Are you sure you can handle that?" Carly asked. "I'm a lot stronger than you think. I've been through hell and back," Skye replied. "Yes, but even us, the strong, break. We all have our breaking points," Carly said. "True, but I can't," Skye admitted. "Did you know Monica saved our girls?" Carly asked. "Yes, I do," Skye confirmed. "I'm so glad she did," Carly said. "Me too. I'll see you tomorrow," Skye said. "Yes, tomorrow," Carly agreed and left. "Oh, Jax, you would be proud of me," Skye whispered and walked away.

At a house, a woman entered and looked around. "We had a great life here," she said.
