The One and Only Part 3, Chapter 38

At the courthouse — the hallway — Skye was sitting down, feeling stressed and tired from everything. Carly came by and sat beside her. "Skye. Are you okay?" Carly asked. "Just tired and stressed, that's all," Skye said. "Don't let her get to you. The trial seems to be going great for us," Carly said. "Yes, it does," Skye replied as Alan and Alexis approached. "Are you stressing my daughter?" Alan asked. "No?" Carly responded. "Dad, it's not Carly," Skye said. "Skye, it looks good on our side," Alexis added. "Thank you. Do you think we'll hear from the jury soon?" Skye asked. "Yes," Alexis replied. "While we wait, Skye, let me take you to General Hospital so Dr. Kelly can check on you," Alan suggested. "Alright," Skye agreed. Carly helped Skye up. "Thank you, Carly," Skye said and left with Alan. "So, you and Skye are getting along," Alexis asked. "Yes. We have a lot in common," Carly said. "Yes, you do. How is Morgan?" Alexis asked. "Not good. Morgan has to stay at St. Ann," Carly replied. "I'm sorry, I am," Alexis said. "Thanks. You're lucky Kristina isn't like Sonny; she wouldn't let this happen," Carly said. "I wouldn't wish this on anyone," Alexis responded. "I know," Carly replied and left just as Ric approached. "Alexis, you were great in court," Ric said. "Thank you. This is one I want to win," Alexis replied. "Why don't we go have coffee while we wait?" Ric asked. "Sure," Alexis agreed.

At Brenda's jail cell — Brenda was inside when Tracy entered. "Well, I hope you are comfortable here," Tracy said. "Why are you hoping I go to jail? You hate Skye," Brenda said. "Yes, but Jax was a great friend, and the hotel you blew up destroyed my family hotel. No one destroys my family. My children and brother could have died — many of my loved ones. You are so selfish," Tracy stated. "Enough," Julia said as she approached. "You both won't get away with this. Julia, I don't trust you, and I will make sure my son stays away from you," Tracy declared and left. "Julia, thank you," Brenda said. "Brenda, I hate that you did this. I thought you needed help, but you're faking it. You need to do the right thing here," Julia said. "No," Brenda responded.

At General Hospital — Dr. Kelly's office — Skye was lying on the bed as Dr. Kelly performed an ultrasound, and Alan held her hand. "How are the twins?" Skye asked. "So far, so good, but you need to take it easy, Skye," Dr. Kelly said. "I will," Skye replied. "After the trial is over, I recommend bed rest," Dr. Kelly advised. "Bed rest? I have children to take care of," Skye exclaimed. "Yes, and you have unborn children too," Dr. Kelly responded. "Skye, we can make this work," Alan said. "Thanks, Dad. Alright," Skye replied. "Good," Dr. Kelly approved.
