The One and Only, Part 3, Chapter 31

At the Quartermaine Mansion, Alan was sleeping on the couch in the den. "Don't... Hurt me," Alan muttered in his sleep when Tracy entered and woke him. "Don't touch me!" Alan yelled as he awoke. "Alan, it's me," Tracy said. "Tracy," Alan responded. "Are you okay?" Tracy asked. "I just had a nightmare," Alan replied. Tracy went to the bar, poured him a glass of water, handed it to him, and sat back down. "Alan, was the nightmare about what happened when you were always..." Tracy asked. "Yes. Before Rae found me, I was under Lorenzo's enemy. They hurt me," Alan said. "Alan, you need help," Tracy said. "I've been seeing Dr. Collins," Alan added. "Good, I want you to get well. I'm glad you're here, and I don't want to lose you again," Tracy said. "You won't," Alan assured her. "Do you want me to take you to General Hospital? You can talk to Dr. Collins," Tracy offered. "Sure," Alan agreed. "Good. Let's go," Tracy said. Tracy and Alan left.

At Jax's office, Skye and Carly were working when Nikolas entered. "Nikolas, why are you here?" Skye asked. "I know Jax was trying to steal my empire. I hope now that he's gone, so is this plan," Nikolas stated. "Fine. It's over," Skye responded. Carly gave Skye a look. "Thank you," Nikolas said. "Nikolas, I know you're upset with Emily now, but she didn't know what she was doing. You both love each other, and you can't get it back once it's gone. This is your second chance," Skye advised. "Thank you. I'm sorry about Jax," Nikolas said and left. "What was that?" Carly asked. "One thing Jax taught me is to attack when they least expect it, catch them off guard," Skye explained. "True," Carly agreed. "Can you believe Jax wants us to work together?" Skye asked. "No, I can't, but I understand why," Carly replied. "Me too... Carly, I'm calling it a night. I'm tired, and the trial is tomorrow," Skye said. "Sure. Brenda will pay," Carly responded. "Yes, she will. Think about this: Brenda did this to get Jax, but now she doesn't have him or his children. She has nothing," Skye said. "True. That's the best revenge," Carly agreed. "Yes. Oh, Carly, I don't want Lila Rae to watch the trial," Skye added. "I agree. Josslyn shouldn't either," Carly replied. Skye stood up. "We'll protect them," Carly assured her. "Yes, we will," Skye agreed, and they left the office.
