Chapter 39

Chicas POV

It's been about a week so far after the umm...incident and everything kind of went back to normal. The plex is shut down in the meantime. Roxy, Foxy, Monty, and Freddy have all been fixed and are now back to fully functioning on their own control, including Sun and Moon.

One night me and Gregory went back down there to find the remains of Afton and well we did. His head gone and body completely demolished. I can't believe y/n actually did it, though not without the price of possibly her life. We haven't heard any news about her at all so we don't even know if she's alive or not. Freddy started to talk again once everyone was fixed but there isn't any emotion or life in his eyes anymore. Gregory was starting to warm up to the gang and we all take turns watching him when some of us want alone time or to check on each other, inuding Sun and Moon. Gregory always says he doesn't like the daycare but everytime he goes he has so much fun.

Speaking of which I just dropped him off there so I can go talk with Freddy.

Gregory's POV

"See ya popstar! I'll come get you later." Chica waves goodbye as I'm handed off to Sun and Moon. "So Gregory, what would you like to do today! We can watch movies, make puppets, color, or anything you like!" Sun beams. "Uhh I don't know..." I respond. "How about hide and seek? Thats our favorite game!" "Ehh I don't know, I just got over a pretty much giant game of hide and seek running away from all you guys." I shiver at the memories. "Come on kid, we won't scare you or anything but if you want to stop during the game because you get scared then we'll stop. Sound fair?" Moon intervenes. I think for a moment before agreeing. I need to get over my fear someday, right? "Great! Do you want one of us to hide with you or for us to both count?" Sun asks, gently putting me down on my feet. "Can you hide with me? Sorry Moon but you still sorta scare me." I explain. "It's alright little star, I understand. Take your time." Moon reaches down and ruffles my hair. "Now you two go hide, I'll count to 60."

With that, the game begun. Moon started counting and we took off. "Where should we hide first?! Oh oh! We can hide in the tube or in the ball pit!" Sun whisper yells. "Shhh we don't want him to know where we are." I hush him, still looking for a spot. "Wait...the theatre is still technically in the daycare, right?" I ask him. "I uh- technicallyyyy....yeah I guess so! Bu-" "Perfect! Let's go there!" I cut him off by grabbing his hand and dragging him out the main daycare and into the theatre. "We should hide there!" I say pointing to the snack counter. "Oh okay, sure!" Sun agrees and we hide behind the counter. Though Sun was a little too tall and his rays showed over the counter. "Sun your rays are showing, can you shrink them or something?" I ask and he spins them around smiling wide. "Why of course!" He chirps, then all his rays retract to the backside of his head. Kinda cool but he looks a little strange.

We faintly heard Moon call out he was coming so all we had to do now was wait.

"Gotcha!" Moon shouts, lifting me up in the air then tickling me making me cry of laughter! "You did a good job at hiding." Moon praised, setting me down. "Thanks." I say. "Now how about some food? It is lunch time." He asks. "Oh yes yes! I'll go get the fizzy faz!" Sun squeals and runs off. "I guess I'm a little hungry...can I have a burger this time instead of pizza?" I ask. "Of course." Moon responds. He holds his hand out to me to hold and I take it with a smile. Maybe they aren't so bad.

Moon smiles down at me as we start walking towards the food court.

"Gregory~"

"Huh?" I stop to turn around and see who called my name but no one was there. "You okay?" Moon questions. "Yeah, just thought I heard something." I brush it off and we continue our journey.
