No.

No.

Absolutely not.

Draco stood before me, my body covered in the bloody red cloak. My arm stinging in pain, hot blood rushing down my arm, every heartbeat passing by the second meeting death. I happened to place my hands on dry pieces of soft dirt.

"Let's make it easy for both of us," Draco spoke in a dangerous tone. "You show me who you are, and I put you in Azkaban."

There was horrendous silence falling among the two of us.

My grip on the dirt grew stronger and straighter.

With silence, it left Draco no choice. He began to kneel before me but before he could touch my cloak I shoved the dirt into his eyes, got a grip on my feet, and began to run once again.

It was a challenge to run, with blood droplets following each of my steps, beginning to struggle with breathing and the forest seemed to be spinning faster than I was running.

I couldn't run any longer.

The blanket of snow had washed away due to the storm, I let myself sit behind a tree noticing the end of my breathing. I rubbed my earrings yet again.

"Emerlyn?"  Tom's voice sounded as though he had just woken up. "Is everything alright?"

"Tom..." There was no energy left inside me. "I desperately need your help...come to the forest near the Malfoy Manor..." I murmured with the atoms of energy fading.

This wasn't the end yet, the hood of my cloak had fallen, my face exposed to the world.

Sweat trickled down my back, as I saw the figure of Draco appear yet again but this time he wasn't facing me. He was looking in every direction possible but if turned around, he'd spot me and I'd be doomed.

This was my end.

This was my fate.

I accepted defeat- I thought about apparating but impossible for me to perform, I was too injured, too much of a deadbeat too.

Just when I was about to shudder a cry from the pain flowing in vain, a hand covered my mouth as a single tear trickled on my cheek. Serena and Tom had apparated beside me; whilst Draco had wandered off from his original spot.

"Emerlyn!" Cried out, Serena. "Who did this to you?" She questioned; whilst Tom studied the scene, the mountain of blood pooled on me.

"Dra..co.." I breathed out, my eyelids practically shutting.

"We have to get you out of here!" Tom spoke attempting to heal the freshly scarred area on my arm, but no healing spell was coming in use.

"No magic will work until we get the dagger out.." Serena began pulling the fabric of her white-knitted sweater, until a loud noise roared from the fabric, catching my attention. She was holding a piece of her sweater in her hand.

"I think this is what death feels like..."

"No!" both Tom and Serena responded with fear filling their hearts.

"I'm going to consider you a selfish friend if you even consider giving up that easily!" Serena continued. "Tom at the count of one take that dagger out."

Tom obliged and in a matter of seconds, I felt the sharpness of the dagger rise up, up, up. I let out a painful cry to the movement, as more blood began flowing out of the massive wound on my arm.

Serena immediately wrapped the piece of fabric around the victimized body part, the color instantly changing from a creamy white to a bright shade of explosive red, and tied a tight knot around it.
