Mara decided at around 7 that morning that a pipe bomb would simply not be enough to kill most, if not all, of the prisoners. So, Mara had Abaddon & The Cannibal search around the prison for fire extinguishers, which they were to retrieve and bring back to her so that she could enact her plan.
The men managed to find six total extinguishers, which they brought back to Mara. Mara planned on duct taping the extinguishers underneath the tables in the pit, where this "showdown" was to occur. Once the pipe bomb detonated in Charlie's hands, this would hopefully cause the fire extinguishers to explode and help spread the fire to burn all of them.
Meanwhile, Abaddon & The Cannibal would be guarding the nearby hallways along with a few other buff men she had managed to brainwash. They all had pistols, and if anyone tried to escape, they would be shot. After these "buff" men were done, she would kill them.
