Chapter 41

Mia's POV

"GOOOOOD MORNING!!" I heard a loud voice bellow in my room.

"Whoever you are, you are pure evil and there's no way in Hell I'm getting up at like 9am so try again later, loser." I grumbled, extremely annoyed that my sleep had been disturbed.

"Not even for me?" I heard Ethan's voice change, trying to coax me out of bed.

"Uhh..no.." I was slightly less adamant this time.

Suddenly, Ethan flung himself onto the bed and started playing with my hair.

"Well guess what we're gonna do today!" He squealed excitedly.

"What?" I asked, curious.

"We're gonna go paintballing." He grinned.

"Nope." I replied, burying myself back under the covers.

"Baby..it's okay, I think Rach is making other plans for you guys to have a jam packed girls day out." He shrugged.

I slowly sat up.

"I'm listening.."

He just laughed, quickly kissing me on the cheek before urging me out of bed, to which I begrudgingly obliged.

Ethan then left to let me get ready and change, and Rachel came barging in.

"Did he tell you??" She asked eagerly.

"About today? Yeah! Sounds like it's gonna be hella fun." I grinned.

"But what shall I wear? And can I bring my camera?" I hurriedly asked.

"Yes, you can bring your camera but as long as you don't get too much into nerdy photographer Mia." She giggled.

I jokingly scowled at her.

"And wear whatever for now, we're going to the spa after breakfast!"

"Awesome!" I enthused.

"Oh- and wear your swimsuit under your clothes!!" Rach insisted before leaving me to change.

I just threw on a pair of shorts and a shirt over my bathing suit, grabbing my sunglasses and camera, and slipping on my flip flops, heading down for breakfast.

When I got to the breakfast area, everyone was already there, animatedly talking and eating.

I think everyone was really excited for today's plans- even Jake and his girlfriend Karla were coming along.

With eggs, bacon and pancakes filling our stomachs, we were ready to split up for the day, and everyone was eager for today's activities.

"Okay so our dinner reservation is for 8pm so we'll meet there!" Rachel informed the boys, before we all said our goodbyes for the day.

I quickly ran up to Ethan, hugging him tightly, as if I didn't want to let go.

He was initially shocked, which was hilarious, before he wrapped his big, warm, comforting arms around my tiny frame.

"Have fun today.." I murmured into his shirt.

"I will, but I will no doubt be thinking about my gorgeous girlfriend all day." He grinned, winking at me.

"Wow, she must be a lucky girl." I joked, looking up at Ethan, who was chuckling.

"Well trust me, I'm the lucky one." He mumbled, kissing me slowly before he left with the rest of the guys.
