Okay so I've been reading all of your comments and I realise that the whole Dylan and Jacob thing is kinda confusing. I kinda just made them up because I did want some secondary characters, but I do know they are also viners and stuff so it's pretty much up to you who you see them as..oh also, let me know if you want to see more of them..I wasn't really sure about that- anyway, here's chapter 17, I hope you guys enjoy it (; x

Ethan's POV

"EEEK ETHAN LOOK AT THESE SHOES!! HOW CUTE ARE THEY!?" Arielle's high pitched squeal alarmed my ears.

Her voice caused me great discomfort at that insane frequency.

It was painful, to be honest.

But that didn't change the fact that I did love spending time with her.

And I mean, I did feel a little guilty for ditching my friends for her, shopping most of the time, but I just couldn't leave her, and to be honest, I had no choice really. I knew her parents weren't really around, off at business meetings, and she didn't have any siblings, so I almost felt obliged to spend time with her.

"Ethan, stay there. I'M GOING TO CALL DADDY TO BUY ME THESE SHOES!!" She squealed.

"Sure.." I replied.

Shopping was tiring, and I did kind of want to explore the city.. I could just imagine the kinds of photos Mia was snapping with the rest of our friends.

"Come on Ethan!! LET'S GO TO PRADA!!" Arielle returned, dragging me away as I sighed.

Grayson's POV

"New York is seriously awesome!" Mia squealed, taking a few snaps on her camera.

We were standing at the top of the Empire State Building, just admiring the view, having been ditched by the rest of our friends.

"Look!" Mia screeched, pointing to the tiny people on the ground- she was looking through her camera.

"Mia! I don't have supersight, what are you looking at??" I chuckled.

"Loooooook, it's Ryan and Sydney!! They're so cuteeee!" She giggled.

"Hand over the camera, I wanna see!!" I demanded.

She gasped overdramatically.

"Grayson Bailey Dolan. Did you just ask to touch my camera?"

"Um, yes.." I tried. "Wait, no I didn't..um, I don't know?" I mumbled, unsure of myself.

She gave me a hard stare before bursting out into fits of laughter.

"You--should've seen-oH MY GOD-your face!!" She squealed, through her insane laughter.

"YOU'RE A MEAN LITTLE GIRL!!" I whined, poking her in the sides and grabbing her camera.

"Now let me see my best friend!!" I chuckled, looking through the lens.

Sure enough, there was Ryan, holding hands with Sydney as they slowly strolled down the sidewalk. I noticed that when Sydney wasn't looking, Ryan would steal glances at her, looking at her with pure adoration.

Damn, I hate to sound like a girl, but they were seriously cute.

"Aren't they adorable!!" Mia squealed again.

"Calm your ass down! But yeah they look happy." I smiled.

"You know, that's how you look at Rachel.." She said quietly, as we walked over to take the elevator down the hugely tall building.
