Once Upon A Dolan (Ethan and Grayson Dolan)

Chapter 2

Rachel's POV

"Are you sure you don't wanna come??" I asked Mia for the fifth time. As I finished applying my makeup.

"Yes!! You go meet Grayson!! I gotta finish this assignment anyway. Tell Gray I said hi and have fun!" She replied, sighing. I smoothed down my hair.

"Okay, enjoy your working!" I giggled, walking towards the door.

"Bye, Rach!" She laughed, practically pushing me out of the door. I was kind of nervous so I had kind of been stalling leaving for the past twenty minutes. It was safe to say I was already pretty late to meet Grayson.

I said a quick bye to Mia and left her house in a rush, making my way to the park, where Grayson and I had arranged to meet.

It was a windy day considering it was nearly summer and the wind whipped my hair across my face harshly.

I arrived at the park to see Grayson sitting on the park bench, waiting for me.

"Grayson!!" I squealed, making him jump. He turned around to me and engulfed me in a hug.

"Jeez, Rach, you scared me!!" He laughed, sitting down on the bench again. He motioned for me to sit too.

"I'm pretty sly like that, you know!" I giggled.

"Well, I can't argue with that!"

"So, anyway, how have you been? What have you been up to??" I asked him, my laughter dying down.

"Ooh, Rach, so much its insane! Um, I don't know where to start.." He trailed off.

"How about the beginning??" I said, laughing hysterically at my own joke.

"Woah, Rach, breathe!" He laughed with me.

"Let me answer your question now!" Grayson said, struggling to compose himself.

"So, um when we got to New Jersey we made friends pretty quickly. Ethan was really weird about it all at first but he soon eased up and we fit in pretty well. We actually started these Vine accounts.. Um, yeah- someone famous revined us and well we got pretty popular I guess. Funny thing is that the big account that revined us was actually fake!!" He said, laughing.

"Oh my gosh, that's awesome!! So you're famous now! Wait- I think I may have seen some of your vines. A couple of friends showed me some but I didn't realise it was you!! Oh my god!! Grayson!! How didn't I realise? I'm so stupid!" I squealed, giggling.

Grayson laughed nervously, probably scared by my sudden outburst.

"Don't worry, I won't get weird around you now that you're a famous vinestar! You're still the little boy who got stuck up a tree when we were 7." I assured him.

By this time, we were walking through the park, and the sun was peeking out from behind the clouds.

"So tell me about you! How have you been?" He asked.

"Well, when you guys left we obviously had to make some new friends- and it happened pretty easily. We have a big friendship group now. Oh, I started playing on the Lacrosse team and we're getting pretty good! Oh- and I have a boyfriend. His name's Jason and he's pretty awesome." I finished, struggling to think of anything else to tell him.

"Ah, a boyfriend.. Right. Jason. Well, I guess I can't wait to meet him." He said, awkwardly, putting his hands in the back pockets of his jeans, looking pretty adorable whilst doing so.

"Why don't you come to his football game later? You can meet all our friends and stuff! It'll be really fun! And bring Ethan too!" I invited him, excited for him yo meet my friends.

"Are you sure? Your friends won't think I'm weird?" He seemed unsure.

"Of course not!! I'll have trouble keeping them away from you!" I chuckled.

"Well then, I'll see you then I guess." He said, hugging me goodbye before walking away.

"Mia and I will be at your place for5!" I called over to him. He nodded and waved goodbye with a smile on his face.

And I couldn't help but grin too.

Mia's POV

"So how was your little date?" I teased, wiggling my eyebrows.

"Mia, it wasn't a date! I have a boyfriend!"

"That idiotic dumbass is irrelevant. Gray is hot AND he has actual legitimate brain cells which is quite an achievement compared to Jason." I muttered. I hated Jason with a fiery passion.

"You realise you basically just called Ethan hot.." She said, teasing me.

"Oh shut uppp!" I said, elbowing her in the ribs.

"Ow!!!!" She squealed in pain.

"Man up!!" I giggled.

"No!! I'm a girl, stupid!" She poked me, giggling.

"Oh, and I invite Eth and Gray to the game tonight. Please don't hit me." She said, bracing herself.

"RACHEL!! Why did you have to go and do that?" I shouted, annoyed.

"Jeez, what is your problem with Ethan. And yes I know you won't tell me but could you at least attempt to talk to him or be civil at least?" She asked.

"Ugh, fine." I huffed. "What time are we leaving?"

"5pm. Be ready for then, okay? I'm gonna actually go to hang out at my own house because my mum's been complaining that I haven't spent time with her for so long!" She said, leaving my bedroom and closing the door behind her.

Uughh why did I have to hang with Ethan again?

I'm pretty sure Rachel was up to something, but I didn't want to know what it was. Hopefully she'd get over it sometime soon because it really was a pain.

I'd just have to bear it for tonight.

Ethan's POV

"So how was it?" I asked Gray as he walked through the door.

"Dude, she has a boyfriend." He sighed.

"Oh man, that's peak." I felt pretty sorry for him.

"Well, for some reason I agreed for us to go to her boyfriend's football game tonight to meet him and some of their friends.." He said, looking pretty defeated.

"Gray, seriously. We've been through this. Stop inviting me to places where Mia is. She doesn't want to see me." I grumbled, annoyed.

"Oh, dude, just get over it, tty and talk to her and maybe she'll come around." He offered me some advice, which I was grateful for.

"I guess I can try that.. And you never know, maybe Rachel has some friends you'll be interested in!" I laughed.

"Sure.." He sighed.

"Well, we should probably get ready, they'll be here at 5pm." Grayson told me, before going upstairs to change.

I was going to talk to Mia. We really needed to sort things out.

A/N: So this is my failed attempt to rewrite a chapter that got deleted when the original story got removed. Its not amazing but I hope you enjoy it!! Oh and also it's exam season so I really should be studying but I decided to write instead oops (:
