Selahs POV (Chapter 7)
Dakota hadn't been back for an hour or 2, we all were worried about her. Summer was trying to cook again, not sure what she was making but I think it was chicken nuggets that she found in the freezer. After I looked out and saw Ethan sitting by the door "Ethan are you okay?" I asked. When he turned around I saw tears marks down his face "Yeah I-I'm good" He said, he sounded a little stuffy though so I thought I would leave him alone. Sitting by the door, there was about 50 zombies standing in front of the door so I had to push them over so they can see me. "GUYS I SEE DAKOTA!" Ethan yelled, We all ran to the door and I saw Dakota, Jakhi and Marleen? "OPEN THE DOOR, HURRY." Summer said Nevaeh opened the door quickly where no zombies could get in. "Jakhi!" Ethan ran to hug him, but now I could see how happy he was. He wasn't sad anymore "ethan be carefu-" I stopped before I could say anymore I was in complete shock when Ethan ran to hug Jakhi, I think Jakhi could kinda remember who he was..
Marleens POV
After we got into the cafeteria I ran to hug each and every one of them "I MISSED YOU GUYS" I had tears running down my face as I hugged and hugged them, first Selah then summer then Ethan then nevaeh. I had been sitting in that bathroom for 3 days trying to hide from all the zombies, I had no food, nothing to drink and no sleep because of the zombies roaming around. nevaeh pulled me to the side " DO YOU KNOW DANGEROUS THAT COULD'VE BEEN! MARLEEN JAKHIS A ZOMBIE HE'S THE ONE WHO BIT DAKOTA" She whispered in my ear "Well then why didn't he bite me or Ethan?, and Dakota she even talked to me! She said that she didn't really remember me but she knew I was a friend and not an enemy."I said after that I saw Selah and summer hugging Dakota, I saw a slight smile on Dakota's face. I could see how tired she was by looking at her eyes "Guys Dakota looks really tired."We do not care"Everyone said. Then Dakota got her lil mat and went to sleep.
