Greg's POV
After me and Nevaeh was done searching the 2nd grade room we went to check the Pre-K room. When we got there I saw Ethan with a bandage on his arm, Summer, Marleen, and Dakota looking at Ethan, and Jakhi holding a napkin to his eye which was dripping blood onto the floor.
But everyone suddenly had fearful looks on their faces when Ethan began to get up. Ethan stared at everyone in the room, but soon his gaze focused on one person. Nevaeh. The look in his eyes was inhuman, there was an emotion in his eyes but I couldn't tell what emotion...it almost looked like a sense of frustration mixed with...I can't tell. All I knew is that that wasn't a good look, so I stood in front of Nevaeh so he couldn't hurt her. "Ethan you need to chill." I say. As soon as I say this Ethan comes running in my direction. I attempt to push Ethan back but it doesn't work and he ends up knocking me to the ground. Before he can hurt me, Nevaeh distracts him which causes him to get off of me and focus his attack on Nevaeh. Just as he's about to bite Nevaeh, Summer knocks him out with her burnt tortilla.
I run towards Nevaeh and embrace her tightly. She kisses me on the forehead as I'm hugging her. "I love you Greg."
"I love you too." I say getting flustered from the forehead kiss she gave me.
