Chapter 4 - unexpected

I opened my eyes after we broke apart and instead of being met with the blue eyes I was expecting I was met with brown ones. "Fran?" I questioned
"Shit, not the right person. Err- I erm have to go. Please don't tell anyone." She sad which just left me even more confused.

I left the small room we were in beside the boot room and saw Leah. Shit how am I going to act normal after what just happened with Fran I thought. I decided to leave the room and try not to get spotted by Leah. I walked out and just as I had turned my back I heard her call out "hey, how about that walk?" I quickly turned around and walked over to her "I'm feeling a little tired I'm just gonna go hang out with Tooney and less." I said trying to sound as tired as possible "wrong people to hang out with if your tired, plus it is really lunch. How about we just go chill in our room and relax before lunch." She said I hesitated before I replied with "ok, but don't be surprised if I fall asleep as soon as my body touches the bed." She giggled and we walked up to the room.

We got inside and I went to lay on my bed that was still yet to be made, I looked to my side and saw Leah's bed perfectly made and thought I must of looked so messy. "Hey wanna watch a movie?" She asked while hopping onto my bed, which at first took me by surprise and then I got used to it "sure but I get to pick." I said
"Aww no fair I had a great one in mind." She sulked "fine i had no clue what I was going to pick anyway" I said as she got up and walked over to the table in to get her laptop. "So what are we watching then," I asked "a horror." She said with a smirk this immediately scared me the thought of a scary movie horrified me. Frankly I didn't see the point in them, why would you watch a move to intentionally scare yourself "nooooo, I hate scary moves." I said whining like a baby "you can cuddle up to me if you get scared." She said and I was immediately interested in the idea now and tried not to sound too desperate when I said "fine, I guess I could watch a scary movie if I have someone to hold me" I immediately forgot about what happened between me and Fran as I cuddled up into the side of Leah. I had my head rested on her shoulder and she had her arms around me. It didn't take long for me to doze off, I soon woke up though to someone stroking my head. I looked up and saw that Leah was stroking my bair and watching me more than the actual movie. I looked back at the screen but I wished I had ent because it was all gory and just made me want to fall back to sleep. And soon enough I did.

I woke up to Leah lightly calling my name, I fluttered my eyes open and looked up at her. "Time for lunch," she said in a soft calming voice I groaned and just cuddled closer into her.

Eventually we both got up and headed down for lunch. Again we were late, and this time we only had 10 minutes to eat our food. Because we were so late everyone had left and it was just me and Leah. We grabbed a plate of food each and walked over to a table where we both sat and had a conversation. Soon enough I started to recall the events that had happened earlier in the day with Fran. I did want to be respectful to her and not tell anyone but I couldn't keep this from Leah. J worked up the courage to tell her "hey Leah?" I asked in a soft voice "what's up?" She replied interested in what I had to say "you know earlier, after training, when you asked me in I wanted to go on a walk and I said I was too tired."
"Yeah" she replied confused to why i was bringing it up "what really happened was, well..."
"Common spit it out!" She said jokingly
"Fran kissed me and because of what happened earlier between me and you I couldn't bare to try and restart what happened earlier, so I tried to distance myself from you" I said very fast and I was scared for her reaction, instead of saying something she just looked at me. It was obvious she didn't expect that and I wasn't surprised. "I'm sorry for not telling you sooner it's just Fran said not to tell you so I-.." I started to say panicked but she cut me off "I'm not mad at you, just hugely confused" she answered giggling "tell me about it" I said sarcastically. We both burst into uncontrollable laughter and left the dinning hall.

We got ready for a gym session we had and headed down to the gym. Then it suddenly hit me, what on earth was actually going on between me and Leah. We nearly kissed earlier and then we cuddled up in my bed and now we are just acting like we were before. It was like I had been friend zoned but she was still flirty.

I got to the gym and started to do my normal sort of workout. I started running fast on the treadmill and I mean fast until I heard Jill behind me say "if you don't slow down you will come flying off of that!" She laughed and I just giggled at her silly comment and kept running. I started to slow down after about ten minutes and decided to grab some water. I walked over to my water bottle and saw Leah standing there quite obviously checking me out "you look hot when you work out" she so only I could hear I giggled and playful shoved her "I could say the same for you," I said and then she gave me a strange look and said "what do you mean I haven't even done anything yet," she laughed and I just put my head in my hands embarrassed by what I had just said "I meant when I have seen you work out in the past," I said trying to save myself she just laughed and went to get on an exercise bike.

After about another 45 minutes in the gym we all left and headed back to our rooms I beat Leah back and ran into the shower.

After about 10 minutes I heard the door to outlet room open. I finished up in the shower and got dressed into a crop top and some shorts. I walked out of the bathroom and saw Leah laying on her bed scrolling through instagram so I receded to jump onto the other side of the bed "what ya doin'" I asked she looked down at me and immediately turned her phone off. She kept looking at me and finally broke the silence and said "nothing just waiting for you so maybe we could talk?" I looked at her confused and simply replied with "what about?"
"What happened earlier, on our walk,"
"Ok what about it?"
"Well we can't just ignore the fact that there was loads of tension between us and that we nearly kissed before we were interrupted"
"Yeah I guess" I said chuckling
"I can't help but to wonder what would of happened if we were met interrupted because well I really like you and I think you feel the same way and I want to do something with those feelings" she said and I just smiled as I moved closer to the warmth of her body and placed my lips on hers and relaxed into her for a passionate, love filled kiss.
