The next few days, Nandini ignored me, she pretended like I didin't exist which only made me angrier. Ever since that afternoon she didn't make a single effort to talk to me though she talked to cabir normally.

We were going on our trip today and I was gonna get answers today, I didin't give a shit anymore, I had been patient and trying to make conversation but every time I made conversation she left, or ignored me.

No one can ignore manik Malhotra adn especially not when I want her attention which is also what im confused about. Why do I even want her attention? Why is she affecting me? Her ignoring me is hurting me for some reason and I don't know why.

"Manik lets go man" cabir said grabbing his bag

"Ya" I mumbled grabbing my bag

"Wait, I have some rules for you" he siad and I rolled my eyes

"What are you talking about" I asked

"Nandini"

"Not her man, im done" I said and he grabbed my arm stopping me from leaving

"What cabir"

"She isn't doing well these days, just please don't fight with her"he said

"Why is everyhting my fault huh? I did the right thing by apologizing and she raised her voice not just that, she was panicking and all at first and literally told me she trusts me so I don't get this. Then she goes and ignores me when I have been trying to talk to her so what do you want me to do cabir" I asked and he looked at me confused

"You have been trying to talk t her"

"I have but why is that even the topic"

"No not just that, she trusts you woah okay umm well my job isn't gonna be hard then" he siad

"What job dude"

"Setting you two up" he siad and I almost chocked on thin air

"Don't you dare, I am not interested in a fucking stubborn head like her" I said

"Oh sure manik, whatever helps you sleep at night" he said and I smacked him walking out

We got to the buses and everyone was putting their stuff in the luggage compartment and getting seated.

We all walking in the bus and cabir sat with this girl he has been seeing, navya I think but im not sure, he seems serious about her so thats good. Mukti sat with a boy she was hooking up with, druv sat alone and I wanted to sit alone too but alia sat beside me

"Hi baby" she said

"Alia don't" I said

"What manik, it's been a few weeks, and ever since that night we haven't done anything" she said tracing my arm

"I said no, and I already said what I had to say now move" I siad and he was pissed

"Fuck off" she said and I chuckled

"Gladly" I said sitting not he other side of cabir

"Chotiii, come here sit with us" he siad making me look right at the entrance to find Nandini in skinny black ripped jeans and a cropped sweater but none of her skin was showing.

"Good morning bhai" she whispered

"Morning beta, come sit" he said

"Umm ill sit at the back" she siad

"Sit na please, manik move" he said smirking at me

I got up glaring at him and Nandini slipped sitting in the window seat, I sat beside her
