I walked to druv's room and we jammed for a while, like a long time but every hand an hour I checked my phone but there was nothing from nandini. It had been 3 hours since I left our room and I was getting worried now, at first it thought it was cause she forgot but I couldn't take it anymore

"Hey guys, lets wrap up" I said

"Why" alia asked

"Because I'm tired and I wanna go sleep"

"Or is it cause you wanna get back to that nandini"

"You know what alia, that's exactly why" I said zipping up my guitar

"Manik watch your tone" druv said

"Excuse me"

"Your tone towards alia isn't appropriate especially because you are being this way because of that girl"

"Druv, i expect you guys o support my decisions not question them but alia has been questioning them every day"

"We have the right to worry about you Manik" he said

"Yes you do but you do realize that cabir and mukti have never not even once tried calling her names, or questioning anything. If you are worried about me then ask what I am doing and why im doing it instead of arguing with me over and over again" I said

"But she isn't right for you buddy" he said

"How are you so sure" I asked

"Because you love alia, you can't disrespect that"

"Excuse me, who told you that, did she" I asked

"You did love me manik"

"Alia for the 100th time I never loved you more than a friend, I have always liked you as my friend nothing more than that. Yes we hooked up a few times but I made it clear that I am not looking for anything serious before we even did anything, so for you to come to my room knowing nandini is there and trying to have sex with me is petty"

"What the fuck manik" druv yelled seeing alia crying

"Im sorry but im just being honest and she knows that very well" I said walking out of the room

I walked to nandini and I's room and opened the door. I put the guitar down along with my keys and phone on the. Table that was right at the entrance.

Walking towards the bed, I found nandini sleeping on the bed with a book flat to her chest, her phone wasn't around so I assumed it was under the novel.

I sat beside her on the bed untying my shoes, I put them away and freshened up a little changing into pyjamas.

I didn't wanna wake her up but I needed her to eat so I ordered some food in the room itself and also texted cabir letting him know we are gonna eat in the room if him and navya wanted to join

"Ahhhh" nandini's scream scarred the shit out of me as I was sitting on the bed beside her

"Nandini" I said and she was breathing heavy

"Shittt" she mumbled rubbing her chest a little to calm herself down

"You are okay, it's okay" she looked at me hearing me

She moved her novel off herself along with her phone and looked at me with something different in her eyes. She moved her hands to me making me grab them

As soon as I got a hold of her she scouted closer to me putting her head on my chest

"What's wrong" I asked and she shook her head

"Don't wanna talk about it" I asked and she nodded

I slowly started caressing her hair causing her to relax in my arms.

"What did you do when I was gone" I asked

"Ummm I read but then I fell a sleep I think, Im sorry I know you said to update you but"

"Shh it's okay, I was just a little worried" I said

"It won't happen again" she mumbles in my chest

"It's okay Nandini, I understand it, umm you wanna know what I did" I asked

"What did you do" she asked

"Well I played my guitar then alia and druv also played some with me. We sang a bit and jsut played lots of music but you know what"

"What"

"I missed you a lot today" I whispered kissing the top of her head

"You did" she asked

"Yes ma'am I did, didn't you miss me?" I teased

"No" I could tell she was playing along with me

"Acha ji, why not" I asked

"Esehi"

"Soch lo"

"Umm soch lia" she said giggling

"Did you eat something"

"Umm dosa, all of it Sara kha Lia"

"That's good, what about dinner"

"Im not hungry" she said

"Bacha you don't need to be hungry to eat"

"Jab pet hi full hai toh kaise" she asked pulling away and looking at me

"Umm well wait till food gets here then you can decide" she nodded still holding onto my hand

"After dinner would you be willing to come with me" I asked and confusion filled her eyes

"Come with you where" she asked

"Just a little something"

"Umm maybe" she said making me smile

There was a knock on the door scaring her as she shivered, I could feel her hands cold all of a sudden.

"Jsut the food I ordered" I said and she nodded slowly letting go of my hand
