Chapter 34

The next morning when I woke up, nandini was cuddled up in my chest, both her hands were clutching my t shirt, not loosely though, it was somewhat tight.

Waking up with her next to me is the best feeling ever, I love her so much. These weeks were hell, fucking hell without her. I need her in my life.

It was my fault for being a jerk by starting to pack my shit but I genuinely didn't wanna hurt her when I was angry.

I hated the last three weeks but now I now to always communicate with her instead of being a stupid little shit.

I placed a kiss on her forehead causing her to cuddle closer to me. I got out of the bed slowly and covered her with blanket.

"No no manik" I heard her scream making me turn around to see her wide awake

"Shh, whats wrong" I said sitting beside her immediately

She grabbed onto my t shirt pulling me so I grabbed her waist pulling her closer to me.

"You are leaving me again"she asked

"No princess"

"Promise"

"Pinky promise" I said linking my pinky with hers

I caressed her hair back and placed a kiss on her head.

"Sorry I just"

"It's okay, I get it" I said seeing how scarred she was

"Ap kahi ja rahai ho" she asked

"I was gonna hop in the shower" I said and she nodded

"Okay" she said

"Close your eyes okay" she nodded

It was surprising when she actually laid down because she usually will not when she wakes up like that.

"Im sorry, I got scarred" she said as she laid back down

"Scarred? Why?" I asked

"Umm the past three weeks I just have had nightmares and I wake up but never find you around" it broke my heart hearing that

"It will never happen again. Every time you open your eyes im going to be around. Come on close your eyes" I said kissing her cheeks

She gave me a smile and closed her eyes.

I caressed her cheeks for a little bit while she fell back a sleep slowly. I pulled the blankets up to her chest and put a pillow beside her.

I quickly showered and made some quick sandwiches.

I got back in the room and placed them on the table, while i sat beside nandini.

"Wakey wakey princess" I whispered kissing her cheek

she stirred a little and grabbed my arm shoving her face under it making me smile

"You wanna sleep more" I asked and she nodded

"Okay how about you sleep and ill come wake you up after my practice" I asked and she stirred

"No" she said opening her eyes

She rubbed her eyes a little and got up almost falling on me.

"Good morning little one"

"Good morning manik" she whispered slowly

"Now that you are up, I made some sandwiches"

"You have practice na" she asked

"Unfortunately yes I do"

'Did you eat" she asked

"Not yet"

"Eat, ill eat after but you eat with me" she siad and I smiled

She laid her head on my chest while I ate.

"How long is your practice" she asked

"Umm supposed to be a few hours. It's just next door in Cabir's room so come over okay" she nodded in my chest

I finished eating, and seeing that I was done eating nandini pulled back from my chest.

"You are so beautiful love" I said kissing her nose and she smiled

"Thank you" she mummbled

"Do you have work" I asked and she shook her head sadly

"What's wrong"

"I can't work anymore" she siad

"Why not" I asked

"Exams are coming up, and I don't want to work late anymore"

"Did something happen" I asked and she looked down

"Princess tell me" I said and she played with the hem of my t shirt

"Umm this one guy was rude to me, he said I don't know how to make a coffee. Aunty kicked him out but he was o rude. Aunty said I don't look too great so I should take some time and since she has a lot of staff she said it's okay if I take some time. I asked if I can just give my resignation and she said it's not needed so yesterday was my last day" she siad

"Who was it" I asked

"I don't know, some random person, who cares" she siad

I leaned forward and kissed her forehead.

"Go you don't wanna be late" she siad

"I am gonna miss you" I said and she giggled

"Likewise, go before bhai come here to drag you" I chuckled hearing her

I got up and grabbed my guitar and phone, since she was in here I didn't need to grab the key.

She walked with me to the door. I wrapped my arms around her waist loosely and she giggled holding onto my arms

"See you in a few manik" she said going on her tippy toes and kissing my cheek when I leaned down

"See you princess, be safe" I said kissing her nose and she nodded

I kissed her head and walked to cabirs.

I walked in and sat beside cabir who was leaning on navy's shoulder.

"Hey" I said to her and she frowned at me

"You don't talk to me"

"Why" I asked and she smacked my arm

"Because of you, I had to watch her like that everyday, you know how hard it was for me"

"I know, im sorry but you have to understand I needed to understand everything" I said

"I understand it, what she said wasn't needed but you have to get that alia planted it in her head. considering her past I can say that she didn't even reach much"

She was right, navy had actually became close to me in these weeks because she reminds me of cabir, her and cabir were my constant supports.

"It won't happen again, she is okay and I know we will be fine"

"Right, I'm thinking we should get you two married as well at your cousins wedding" she said aiming me chuckled

"Shut up"

"Enough of the bickering" we heard alia

I looked up to see druv and alia walking in along with mukti.

"Cabir get up man" I said seeng him half a sleep on navya's shoulder

"Shut up, your sex noises woke me up last night" he said

"Dude she was just running around screaming cause she was excited, if it was sex you'd know" I said and he chuckled

"You had sex with her" I heard alia

she has constantly been at it with these stupid comments, and I have jsut been ignoring her as usual. So I ignored her and seeing that mukti cleared her throat.

"Lets practice" she said and we all started practicing
