Nandini's pov

A month has passed since we got back together, I mean we never really broke up but you know what I mean and life has been amazing, so freaking amazing.

Manik and I have been inseparable, we eat every meal together specially now that I don't work I have all the free time in the world.

Our midterms were done and we were flying to this resort in Goa where ashna Di's wedding is tom morning. All the shopping was done but I went to get my clothes with mukti and navya because I wanted it to be a surprise for manik.

Well if im being honest that wasn't the only reason, the girls literally forced me to go with them plus I wanted to get that ring and watch for manik so ya.

The shocking part was alia also came and her comments never stopped, every chance she got, she took a jab at me and my character, but I don't care.

I mean there will be some day when my patience will run out and then I will say something because it is getting to that point.

I was folding manik's t-shirts after I finished packing my stuff. he was in the shower currently and he had practice with fab 5 tonight so I was finishing up his packing too.

He has been a bit off the past couple days for some reason, like not distant but he will zone out at times and his smile doesn't reach his eyes.

"Nandini" I heard him

"Ya" I replied

"Can you hand me my t shirt, I forgot to take it" he said

"Which one" I asked knowing how fussy and weird he is when it comes to his t shirts

"The black one" he said making me roll my eyes

The kid owns a lot of black t shirts, shaking my head I just grabbed the first one I found and handed it to him from the door

I went back to foliding his clothes, he came out with messy semi dry hair. His face was bland, he didn't have emotions on his face

"Manik" I called and he sat on the bed looking at me

he hmmed and I sighed seeing him. I walked closer to the bed standing in between his legs, almost like a reflex he wrapped his arms around my waist

"What is it?" I asked

"Huh?"

"Did something happen" I asked

he looked in my eyes and I knew there was definitely something up.

"I don't wanna lie to you" he whispered

"And you shouldn't, you are the one who set the rules" I reminded him

He had set these cute rules which included no lying to each other, communicating, trusting each other no matter what and other things.

"Woahh sorry to be inturpting but we need to start practicing" it was Cabir bhai

"No bhai come on in" I said

"Has he told you" he asked

"Nope"

"Jeez man, if not me, at least tell her, you look like a dog bit your balls or some shit" bhai said making me laugh while manik glared at him

"Fuck off" he said and bhai laughed

"Get him there" he said leaving and I nodded

"Manik baba what's going on" I asked caressing his face

"Eveyrhting is going wrong, I was so excited for this wedding but then she ruined it all" he said looking in my eyes

"Nothing is going wrong, and who ruined it" I asked
