A/N This an SVU episode I'm including for pretty obvious reasons if you've seen it already. It also the first of a two part crossover with Organized Crime.

Anyway, without further ado, please relax and enjoy the read!

*Graveyard: Somewhere in New York*

"Hey." Olivia greeted as she and Ana met up with Elliot and three of his children; Kathleen, Dickie, and Eli, at Kathy's tombstone.

"Thanks for coming, guys." The younger woman sighed as she embraced the two sisters.

"How are you all doing?" Ana inquired, gently.

The Captain had caught her up on several things she had missed, one being that Eli had started stealing and using his grandmother's bipolar depression drugs.

"We're okay. And- and I'm really getting through things." The teenager nodded.

"Good." The shorter brunette grinned.

"Ah, you shaved." Olivia smirked, taking the time to really look over her ex-partner. "It's nice to see your face."

"It was time." Elliot shrugged and Ana gave him a quick side hug in return.

He playfully glared at her and pulled her into an actual embrace which she returned with a warm laugh. The two quickly became serious, however, when Kathleen bent down to place a bouquet of flowers on Kathy's grave.

"Happy belated birthday, Mom. We love you. We miss you. Every single day." She murmured, kissing her hand and placing it on the stone.

Olivia waited for the young girl to stand up again before placing the flowers she and Ana had brought with them down as well.

"Italian for lunch?" The Detective offered after a few seconds of silence. "Kathy's favorite."

"Sounds perfect." The Captain smiled.

"Actually, Dad, I was gonna go meet Sara. Is that okay?" Eli wondered.

"You got a date now?" Elliot arched a brow.

"She's not a date. She's my study partner." The teenager corrected.

"All right, well, check in, text." The Detective conceded.

"Okay." Eli nodded and rushed off.

"Good." Olivia commented. "Show him you trust him."

"Trust, but verify. I got a tracking app on his cell." Elliot admitted.

"I can't hear this." Kathleen muttered as she moved to walk away as well.

"And security cameras at home." The Detective teased.

"We'll meet you guys." Dickie replied, heading off with his sister.

"Man, Eli's growing up fast." Ana remarked, fondly.

"Last nine months have been a blur." Elliot sighed. "Until Wheatley goes to trial, there's no closure."

"Carisi said that Wheatley's out of postponements." Olivia recalled, gently. "The clock is ticking."

"Make it tick faster." He muttered.

*Outside of the Courthouse: A Few Hours Later*

"Ah, how'd that go?" Olivia inquired as she, Ana, and Fin met up with Dominick and Homicide Bureau Chief Phillip Baptiste.

The man was acting as lead council for the Richard Wheatley trial and the two prosecutors had just come from a Motion Hearing that ended in the Defense's favor.
