Chapter 2

"Oh my God I'm so nervous "sabrina said as we pull off in front of "kleinfeild"which I heard is a go-to for all New York brides.
"And why is that?if i may ask?!"i turned my face from where i was looking at to settle on her....
"Uhm well i guess because I'm about to enter and buy my wedding dress"she said as she let out a breath i didn't notice she was holding ...
"Oh common sab!its just a dress we are buying not an armor or a sword to go on a mission of no return "i said chuckling "so calm your nerves down we are going in there to buy your wedding dress"i finished trying to open my door...
"And what if i don't?!" She said in a playful tone," oh then I think ill just tie you up and get you inside that building,but wait on a second thought i wont do that you know why?!Because you are so going to get your two legs and enter that building willingly ,i wont have you walk into my bedroom and wake me up from my sleep just to bring me here and without even stepping out you want to make an excuse of going back! Wow! You must be kidding" i said in an almost commanding tone....
"Hahaha okay I'm sorry ma'am i guess i have no other choice so lets make a move" sabrinah said as we got out of the car and entered kleinfeild..
Oh you've got to be kidding me!this place is far from what I imagined it to be....I mean this place is magnificent ....oh how i wish i was the bride shopping .....whoa chill where did that come from?!
"Hello ma'ams,what can we do for you?!"a tall pretty blonde with a very big smile said,,,,i guess one has to be really friendly to get this job! "Uhm...hey!....we just....uhmm"sabrina said stuttering...wow when she said nervous i didn't know it was this bad...actually i really didn't see this coming...
" Heyy!we just want to get this nervous soon to be bride a drop dead gorgeous dress to wear for her wedding In Sha Allah "i said interrupting her stuttering...
"Ohhh well you've come to the right place and by the way I'm michelle" the blonde says still smiling...
"Afreen"
"Sabrinah"
We both said returning her smile .
"Okay so let's get started ,,,uhmmm lets see what we've got here"she turned leading us into a room with white dresses !
"Wow"was all I could say
"Wow wow" sabrinah said and i chuckled.
"Haha so I'll just show you our new designs "michelle said bringing out some dresses...
The first we tried was cute okay actually it was really cute! It had this splits and some lace around the edges!the only problem was the back was wayyy too low! Which is a straight no.

Sitting here for almost 2hours i was about giving up when I looked up and saw sabrinah coming out with a white dress that had this long train with lacy edges and a bit of sparkle at the top! Believe me it was simple but oh my God she looked gorgeous! "Oh ya Allah sab you are so wearing this dress! Oh look at you! Looking all so wow! Muhammad is really gonna have to keep his hands of you for some time" I giggled wiggling my eye brows at a now blushing sabrina..."awwwn look atchu blushing and all"i teased,"ya Allah Afreen please let me be my cheeks are hurting "she said still blushing and I laughed harder....
"Okay okay,michelle please wrap this up...this one it is"i turned saying to michelle as sabrina quickly got in and changed bringing back the dress to michelle to wrap it up,,,and with that after paying we took off.....actually not home! More shopping......

"Okay sab I'm so tired enough for today please "i said to sabrinah as we sat in Starbucks,we both ordered for frappuccino and chonga bagel...
"You can say that again sis!"she answered sopporting...
"So how's the bride to be,,you know i just realized I haven't asked that today...eager to be a mrs huh?!"said as she blushed..is today red day or something?!
"Oh you are so gonna be the death of me you know that reen!well Alhamdulillah Muhammad is all good,,,and as for being his mrs i must say I'm really nervous well and pretty excited ""you know I'm so actually gonna miss you,our single days actually my single days with you,dressing up,running around,sleep overs,baki....."before she finished getting all too emotional i cut her off......
"As i said earlier you are just getting married,youll still be my best friend!oh common you aren't going for war woman! actually on a closer check you'll get to have more fun with muhammad being around and all"i winked at her and she blushed again haha..."did someone eat too much tomatoes to get extra red today?!i laughed "haha very funny "she said and I laughed harder...
We sat in a comfortable silence and i was about picking up my cup to take a sip of my frappuccino when i noticed the magazine sabrinah bought some minutes back, i dropped my cup immediately to take it and looked at it! No girl ever sees a magazine and let's it go! Well if there are girls that actually do that,,,,,i guess I'm not one of them...
As i reached for it,I brought it up to have a better access to reading it and the picture i saw made my heart skip ten beats if thats even possible ......
Oh my God the guy on it had this piercing blue eyes i can look at it forever ,his hair was dark black and i felt like running my fingers through them....his lips so pink....oh my God!!Afreen!n what have i been doing?! ....Astagfurillah...i just might have exceeded my look.... what happened to lower your gaze! Ya Allah forgive me and without committing more than I already did,i just dropped it back on the table......
"Adal,playboy billonaire one of the top ten hottest bachelors in New York!my God reen that guy has got it all...money,fame,beauty you name it"sabrina said grinning like a fool....
"Huh?!"i asked confused
"The guy you were just drooling over"she said
"Ohhhh i wasn't drooling i was just looking "i said defending myself....
*or maybe you were *my conscience was telling me!
*i was looking dear conscience so please *i spoke back

"Wait a minute sab! How did you know about his hotness ,gorgeousness stuff?"i asked ...
"Pfft!seriously reen is that even a question?!basically every girl wants to be his girl and every guy wants to be him!he is very popular "she answers back.
"Well point of correction not every girl ,Afreen here just got to know about him"i said taking a sip from my frappuccino..
"As if you know anything!when i say ever girl i mean EVERY GIRL"she said laughing at me and i gave her the "whatever "look.
"I heard his family wants to arrange his marriage which I heard again that he is totally against "she said
"And how did you hear that?!oh right EVERY GIRL "i said without waiting for an answer .
"What if you meet one day and he suddenly falls head over heels for you?!"she said out of nowhere ! Does this girl ever think?! Well thanks to the "what if question "and the frappuccino i was taking i chocked "wh-a-t the h-e-ll sab"i said between coughs..
"Hahah I'm sorry,take some water "she said patting my back ,she gave me water and headed back to her seat....
After regaining my composure I looked up to her staring at me"what?!thats very creepy "i said to her...
"If you haven't noticed I'm waiting for my answer "she answered back.
"Ohhh yeah!as you can see afreen here is no girl that guy will fall for!i mean I've got nothing to offer!he's got more fame,popularity and all and i have none...so please before we get into the world of what ifs i guess we should start moving its already zuhr time"i tell her.....
"Okay ma'am lets go"we stood with sabrinah still laughing!seriously this girl needs some medical attention!i shook my head and we headed for her car!
After placing all the items we bought in,we entered ,closed the door and took off.
*what if what sab said ends up true and you'd be together?!*a voice from within me says....
*please enough of the what ifs!its never gonna be* i replied the voice
*i just said what if*it answers back....

*oh just shut up*
