Chapter 41

Unknown location
''Why did you make me do it?''he asked the man standing in front of him,what he did was totally against the law and if caught he doesn't know what would happen to him.

He was at work when he received a call from an unknown number and immediately after talking he rushed out to the unknown location.

Reaching he met his family members all tied up with gun mean around them and he was terrified to death,as far as he could remember he has never in his life engaged himself in anything that is illegal or done something bad to someone to reach a point that his own family members get kidnapped.

But there he was,kidnapped family and committed an illegal job.

What was more frustrating was that he didn't even know the person that had kidnapped his family,in fact he still doesn't know him even after making him do something so illegal.

''Ouch,well I'll let it go,I'm not one to be questioned,but you've done something great so I'll answer you''the man replied and he stared at him in fear,he didn't like any of this one bit.

''It was a mutual understanding,you do it for me and i release your family,and you did such a great job so I'll be releasing your family,why don't we put it as you did it for your family?''he said and he swallowed nervously and nodded.

''Good''he smirked.

''Well I'm happy you did a great job,so you van take your family and go''he said then turned and motioned to one of the gun men to  release them and immediately they were released his wife and three kids all ran to hug him.

He was so happy to finally get them back, his biggest weakness was his family,hearing them being kidnapped scared him,picking his last child up,he kissed him and the baby wiped his tears then kissed him on his cheeks.

After the family reunion,they were about to go when he stopped and turned back to him''how sure am i you wouldn't try to harm my family again?''he asked and he rose his eyebrows as if saying 'you're questioning me again' he murmured a sorry and turned.

''Actually just keep it in mind that I'll never break a promise ''he said from behind them and they all turned towards him before turning back and soon they were out.

Immediately they were out of his sight,he turned back to Adal's picture that was hung on the wall and threw a knife at it.

''Bulls eye ''he shouted and the people around him hailed him.

''You're done for Adal Ahmad omar,you're done for ''he laughed like a complete maniac.

Afreen and Adal's place
It's been two weeks after their reconciliation and Alhamdulillah things were going pretty well ,Adal had recovered completely although sometimes he was always lost in his thoughts and Afreen knew that although he had told her he wouldn't let it disturb him,she knew that it was disturbing him and he was feeling guilty about it.

It was a sunday afternoon,if you know them too well then you know their sundays are always lazy.

Afreen came down and saw him seated silently looking at no where, it hurt her to see him like this, she didn't even know what to do to make him come out of this whole thing and reduce the guilt he is feeling, he has to know that it isn't the end of the world,he cannot just seat down and be sad over something that Allah has destined.
