3rd PERSON POV:

The truth is that even though Scott doesn't want to worry his friends, things in Beacon Hills are not going well and with each passing day, they get worse and worse. Just yesterday, at lacrosse practice, a gray wolf has wandered onto the field and its fur is matted with blood. It growls at Scott. He urges the players to step back, Nolan doesn't move until Scott makes him. The wolf wanders off into the woods. Liam and Scott follow. They find the wolf lying dead on the ground. What appears to be spiders pour from its eyes and mouth. A little further into the woods, dozens of other dead wolves lay dead.

Later Scott was packing up Stiles' Jeep in preparation to drive down to UC Davis. As he settles in the seat, a note falls down from the sun viewer. It's from Stiles. It says, "Be gentle." After one false start, Scott cranks the Jeep. The head lights come on illuminating Lydia. She still looks scared.

- We can't leave.- said Lydia, causing Scott to turn off the jeep.

Afterwards she tells Scott what happened when she went to his house. Of how, suddenly, the light in the room begins to shift with a spider web pattern appearing on the walls. Lydia is having a vision and she hears something crawling. The phone rings. She picks it up and places it to her ear. A piercing electronic squeal comes from the handset. Suddenly, she is in the high school A massive spider web tunnel stretches the full length. As she touches it in different spots, she hears voices, screams, gunshots, the crawling sound, doors locking, more screaming, more gunshots, growling, and then a clear voice. It says, "You let it out. It was supposed to ride with The Hunt forever." She jerks away and ends up wrapping herself up in the web. Suddenly she's back in Scott's living room.

- We have to tell Malia about this. We needed her.- Scott said and the two got into the jeep and headed for Malia's house.

- No, no, no, no... it's just rats... rats and wolves and maybe a little bug problems.

- We need you.- said Lydia.

- And I need Paris.

- Liam and Mason called.

- I know and they can solve it themselves.

- We couldn't make you stay here, but we were hoping you'd want to stay to help us.

-Well, but I don't want to.- said Malia leaving her room, but two seconds later she threw her backpacks onto Scott's chest and entered the room again.- What do you need to do?

- We have to find a Hellhound.

That night, after going into the woods looking for clues about the whereabouts of a HellHound other than Jordan, Scott, Lydia and Malia were at Scott's house, planning their next steps, when Lydia asked them if they hadn't. it would be better to inform Stiles, Melanie and Isaac about what was going on in Beacon Hills.

- We almost lost Stiles and Melanie a little while ago. I don't think it's a good idea to tell them.- Scott said, remembering what had happened with the Ghost Riders.

- What about Isaac? He may not be your beta, officially, but we all know that he respects you and that he wouldn't think twice about fighting by your side.- Lydia said.

- Did you notice how happy he was in the video call we made this afternoon? He finally has the life he deserves! He has suffered so much in his life and now he is finally starting to live a normal teenage life... I don't want to and can't take that away from him.

- Besides, we all know that if Isaac comes here, Melanie will come with him. Never in her life would she let him come alone." Lydia added.

-I just got a voice mail from Stiles.- Scott said, looking at his cell phone.
