IT WAS A WEEK AND A HALF LATER WHEN PETER FINALLY KNEW FOR SURE WHAT IT WAS THAT WAS MAKING NOVA DISTANCE HERSELF FROM HIM AND EVERYONE ELSE SHE KNEW. He had been in the library and had to walk past a football field to go to get to his locker and that's where he was walking when his ears picked up cries
He turned his head to the source immediately seeing the same girls from before kicking and punching nova who was on the ground
Peter didn't even think before he started running over to them, but with the field all muddy he had to go around it so he wouldn't trip
So once he got there it wasn't strange that nova was no where to be found
"Where is she?" Peter asked them angrily and the girls all turned to him
"Where is who?" Cindy asked with a smirk. Peter went to step forward, probably to say or do something he'll regret but then he remembered nova and stopped
"Leave her alone" he said before sprinting off to try and find her
The avengers had had a mission free day and were all lounging around in the living room of the avengers tower when they got a call. Peters name lit up on Tony's phone who answered it as soon as he saw
"Hey kid"
"Hey mr stark" Peter said sounding out of breath which made him confused "I know whats going on"
"Well what is it?"
"I was walking to go to the library when I heard something. So I turned to see these girls, the same ones as before kicking and punching her whilst she was on the floor. I ran over but when I got there she was gone. I've been looking for her for the last hour, but schools over now"
