Imagine: klaus wanting to know your first impression of him turns into what could possibly be a relationship

"OKAY KLAUS" REBEKAH ROLLED HER EYES WITH a smile. She was surrounded by Elijah and Klaus who had each stood in a bar after coming back from a boring event they had attended

"I'm serious" klaus laughed
"There are some people that find me absolutely harmless"

"Someone that doesn't have the knowledge of your name? I don't think so. Even the Elena girl had a feeling the teacher had become harmful when you took over him, and it wasn't even your body" Elijah took Rebekah's side in the debate

"Okay" klaus nodded and looked around
"Let's give you an example" Rebekah and Elijah shared a look before nodded

Rebekah: "Okay, but I get to choose, i'll bet $100 on it" klaus chuckled but nodded and Rebekah looked around the bar. She saw people playing with their friends, having drinks and finally her eyes stopped on a brown-skinned girl, with beautiful ringlets falling down the the bottom of her back that framed her face beautifully. She looked pure, like she hadn't seen anything bad in the world yet, maybe she could snuff out the harmfulness in her brother and allow her to win the bet

The girl was sitting at the bar, laughing at something her friend had said

"2 girls sitting at the bar, there's a brunette with straight hair. Not her, the curly haired girl beside her" when klaus' eyes stopped at who Rebekah was referring to he paused, seeing exactly the same thing his sister did. The beautiful girl who he didn't want to corrupt

"Okay" he cleared his throat and stood up straighter, glowering playfully at his siblings
"Listen in" as he walked away he heard his siblings mutter something about him not allowed to cheat under their breaths and as he got closer to the girl in sight he saw her friend conveniently leave the table to head to the bathroom.

By the time he got to her she was taking a sip of her cocktail, her eyes on her glass in front of her

"Hello there, love" her hazel eyes darted up to Klaus' face, zoning in on the grey eyes that immediately caught her attention

"Oh, hi" she smiled softly, nervously at him

"I'm klaus Mikaelson. What's your name?"

"Evangeline, i go by Evie"

"A beautiful name for the beautiful dame" she couldn't help the blush that creeped up on her face which she quickly tried to hide behind her hair, but it didn't stop klaus from seeing. He chuckled at the sight
"I just came over here because me and my siblings" he turned to look in his siblings direction and Evie followed his eyes over to the blonde girl and male in a suit. When they caught her eyes they both smiled and waved and in return Evangeline copied the gesture before turning back to Klaus
"Have a bet going on, one that is determined by your first thought of me. So, love" he leaned close to her, his eyes entrapping her in a hold
"What was your first impression when I spoke to you?"

"That your eyes are pretty" as soon as Evie said that she blinked out of her daze before covering my mouth
"I-I don't know why I said that" she whispered embarrassed. Klaus was in his own state of shock with his wide eyes but he quickly composed himself

"Don't worry about it, I find your eyes are quite exquisite too" she let out a small, nervous chuckle of disbelief but before she could say anything else her friend returned from the bathroom

"Hey Evie!" She paused when she saw her friend standing with klaus
"Oh. I just wanted to let you know Sebastian called, I'm gonna go over to his, did you want a ride home?"

"I-" she turned to klaus with an almost remorseful look before turning back to her friend
"Yeah, my dad will be expecting me"

"Okay, i'll just.. be in the car" Evie nodded at her friend who walked away with a teasing glint in her eyes and then she turned to klaus

"It was nice meeting you"

"And you, Evangeline" she softly smiled and went to walk away but her hand was quickly and softly taken in the hands of klaus
"I do hope it wouldn't be too much of a inconvenience to ask for your number?" Once Evie got past the shock she nodded and pulled out a pen she had in her pocket

"I-I don't have paper" with a shrug klaus rolled up his sleeve and Evie stepped a bit closer to write the number of his arm and once she was done she pulled away and smiled up at the man

"Do you know how soon I should leave it when going to call a beautiful lady? Would tonight be too soon?"

"Not soon enough" she whispered and his smile grew impossibly wider
"I have to go" she backed away, one last shared look between them before she headed to the door and he lade his way back over to his siblings

"Here" Rebekah grumbled, a $100 note in her hands but klaus shook his head, his eyes darting to the door Evie had left out of

"I think I already got my reward for winning the bet"
