My name is Allison Amanda Anderson, but most people now a days just call me Andie...short for obviously Project Anderson.

I was a Government experiment that went horribly wrong.

They were supposed to find a cure for what they themselves started, but it didn't work and now I'm the only one still alive who can fix it.

But I'm getting ahead of myself, let me go back to before this all started.

Before I was known as Andie, I was Ally and working at a local hospital as a medical consultant and I was also a nursing student that would help out on cases, because they were horribly under-staffed.

This is where our story begins.....

Colver Memorial Hospital located just North of the interstate and it just so happened to be the only hospital in the shady town of Colver, Illinois and sadly where I used to live. They were always swamped with patients, because we had to deal with everything from a simple cut to cancer patients in need of chemo...I fucking hated it.

It was another normal day on the job, well until patient zero came in. Her name was Ashley and she was 6 years old with two massive bite wounds to her right arm and leg.

Her father claimed that a dog came up and attacked her, but judging by the way he wrung his hands and darted his eyes, I knew he was lying.

Those weren't dog bites.

"Dog bites...huh, what kind of dog was it Jimmy?" I asked from behind the father and the girl's  doctor.

"I don't know Ally, I was too worried about my daughter." James answered still visibly nervous.

"Well you could have gotten a good look at the dog, so we could find it and get rid of it."

I knew he was hiding something, all I needed to do was get him to break.

"Are you calling me a liar!" He yelled in the middle of the quiet hallway.

"Sir, please calm down." Dr. Jones said trying to calm the now irate father.

"Yes I'm calling you a liar, your daughter looks like she just came off a Romero movie set; so why don't you just tell us what really happened to her."

"I already told you a...a...a German Shepard came up and attacked her." The father said nervously.

"I thought you didn't know what kind of dog it was?" I asked with a small smirk...got him.

"I...I just remembered." He stammered through his nerves.

"Don't you have a German Shepard James?"

"I don't need to take this from a drug peddler like you Allison!"  He insulted before he walked away angrily.

"I'm a device peddler, if you're going to insult my job the least you could do is get your facts right!" I yelled after him.

"And I'd expect you to be worried about your niece, but I see like always your job and Dorian are more important than your own brother!"

"I do care! That's why I fucking asked in the first fucking place, but you are too bullheaded to give me a straight fucking answer."

I was pissed, how dare he say that I didn't care about my niece...she's the only reason that I am doing any of this in the first fucking place.

Before he could respond I walked away and out of the hospital, my shift was over anyway. I took the liberty and lit up a much deserved smoke and headed to my car.

"What the fuck have you done Jimmy?" I asked myself as I took a long drag of my cigarette.

I looked around the dirt covered parking lot and shook my head.
