Azura's POV
"Thank you." I say as I grab Adelaide, Kehlani, and I's bags of food and our drinks
"Your Welcome." The waitress lady says then I carry the food and drinks out to the car.
As I walk to my car, I notice a dude who's obviously on crack acting very manic and coming towards me.
I also notice Adelaide stepping out of the car.
"Get back in the car" I say as I speed walk to the car.
"Uh okay." Adelaide says as she gets in the car then I hand her the food and drinks.
Once Adelaide has the food and drinks, I shut her door then I turn around and come face to face with the crackhead.
"I'm a white belt in Karate." The crackhead says randomly says.
I'm so glad I never got hooked on crack.
"We'll I'm a black belt in fuck around and find out my guy." I say. "So try me if you want to."
The crackhead starts incoherently speaking so I back up away from the crackhead.
"HEY." The crackhead shout. "I WASN'T DONE TALKING TO YOU."
"Oh yeah?" I say then I lift up my shirt to reveal the butt of my pistol that's sitting in my waist band. "How about now."
The crackhead incoherently babbles then he walks away so I quickly get into the drivers seat, put the car in drive, and head to Athena and Atlas' high school.
"What was he on?" Adelaide asks.
"Crack." I say. "And by the track marks on his arms I'd guess meth as well."
"Geez." Adelaide says as we turn into the school parking lot.
"Geez indeed." I say as I park underneath the covered parking spaces.
Once we're parked, I get out of the car, get the pups out, get Kehlani out, then I hold the food while Adelaide gets out of the car.
After Adelaide's out of the car, she gets our comfy stadium seats out of the back of the car then we lock our car and head inside the stadium.
Today, Friday, is the first day of the Florida Fast Pitch Softball Tournament.
Thurgood Marshall High School is hosting 7 other Florida high schools for a weekend softball tournament.
The high school is using the High Schools stadium and the practice field for the tournament.
Both fields have the same dimensions so there can be no accusations of cheating.
"Hold on to Pongo Lani." I say as we approach the stadium.
"Otay Mama." Kehlani says as she holds onto Pongo's leash then my family and I pay for our tickets.
After we pay, my family and I head into the stadium then we head up to the top of the stands and put our comfy seats down on the bleachers
Once the comfy seats are secured, we sit down in them then we dig in to our food.
"AT AT." Kehlani cheers as Athena and her teammates jog to the dug out after warming up in the outfield.
I see Athena smile then she blows Kehlani a kiss causing my daughter to giggle.
"Oh." Adelaide says then she pulls out two slips of paper from her cross body bag. "I brought those things Athena made."
"What things?" I ask then Adelaide shows me what she's talking about.
