Azura's POV

"We're here." I say as our bus stops in front of my families old house here in the Titusville neighborhood.

When our bus fully stops, I lead everyone off the bus then I look around as my friends and teammates get off the bus.

Once everyone is off the bus, the bus driver drives the bus away as I walk up to my old house.

"Is it weird I miss this place?" Athena asks.

"No cuz I miss it too." I say as I unlock the house then we head in.

"Wait why isn't it dirty?" Athena asks.

"Cause I had it cleaned so we can sell it." I say as everyone files into the small ass house.

"So you slept in here?" Adelaide asks as she lightly rubs my back.

"Yeah." I say as I point to the two doors that look like they're doors to a closet. "Those were supposed to be a Murphy bed, but we couldn't afford the bed frames so we stashed the mattress' in there during the day so we could sit in the living room then we'd pull them out at night."

"Who slept where?" Talia asks.

"The kids slept on one while our moms slept on the other." Athena says.

"It was actually kinda nice." I say.

"That's cause you love cuddles and snuggles." Athena says.

"Mhmm." I say with a big smile then I remember something I left here the last time I was here.

Well this is gonna make me look like shit.

"I need someone's help." I say.

"What's up?" Talia says.

"There's a baggie of cocaine in that drawer." I say and point to the drawer that the sole lamp in the room is on.

"I got it." Emma says then she opens the drawer.

"Wait." I say before Emma grabs it then I rip the bottom part of the curtain covering the window.

Once I have the strip of curtain, I use it to grab the baggie of cocaine then I take it outside and throw it in the neighbors trash.

The trash truck is right up the street so it'll be picked up in a minute.

After I throw away the baggie of cocaine, I head back into the house.

"When'd that get here?" Athena asks.

"I left it here when we were here for the funerals and shit in 2021." I say.

"That was a big baggie." My sister says.

The baggie was a sandwich bag and it was filled to the brim with cocaine.

"My addiction was big Bubba." I say.

"How long would that last?" Jucinara asks.

"Maybe half a day." I say then I see everyone's eyes bulge. "Yeah It wasn't healthy."

"No offense, but how are you physically okay?" Sam asks.

"No clue." I say. "Luck I guess."

"I'm gonna miss this place." Athena says.

"Me too Bubs." I say as we take one last look at our childhood home.

Once we've had our last looks, everyone leave the house then I lock the house up.

After I lock the house, I lead everyone down the street to the restaurant we're eating at.

"HEY WHITE BITCHES." I hear an annoying voice behind me shout.
