Azura's POV
"You ready for the last game?" Emma asks as she, Jessie, and I walk to our locker room here.
"Yep." I say. "Are we doing the trophy lift after the game?"
Last week we secured the title with a win against Inter New York in NYC so no matter what happens in our final game of the season today, which is against Atlético Los Angeles, we'll be the champions of the APL.
"Yeah." Jessie says.
"Sweet." I sa as we continue walking to the home locker room here in Miami Freedom Park.
As I'm walking into the locker room, I look at our Line-up on the wall.

After I look at the line-up, I follow my soulmate to our lockers then I put my stuff in my locker.
Once my stuff is in my locker, I grab my rugby ball from my bag then my teammates and I head outside for the pitch inspection.
When I get on the pitch, Emma and I head to the closest end of the pitch then we walk up the pitch while passing a rugby ball back and forth as we talk about random shit.
After we make it to the farthest end of the pitch, Emma and I head back to the locker room with our teammates.
When I get to my locker I take my AirPods out, then I take out my nose ring, I take off my necklaces, earrings, bracelet, and my rings.
After my jewelry is off, I put my jewelry in it's safe then I put my jewelry safe, phone, and AirPods in my bag.
Once I'm jewelry free I take off my tracksuit and put my dark brown locs up in a ponytail then I put on my warm up top and my game shorts.
I then sit down in my locker and put on my socks, my shin pads and my green boots.
Once I'm dressed Emma comes over and sits in-between my legs.
"Hi Emma." I say.
"Hi Zura." Emma says as she hugs my leg then she sits up straight as I begin running my fingers through her long luscious curly hair.
After a minute of playing with my friend's hair, I pull it back into the normal ponytail she wears for games and trainings.
Once Emma's hair is in a ponytail, I kiss my friends head
After I kiss her head, Emma and I get up, walk out of the locker room, and head onto the field with the outfield players.
When I get on the pitch I run through my warm ups with the starters for a while then we head back to the locker room.
Once in the locker room I change out of the training top and change into my pink jersey while Ariane Hingst does her last minute talks.
When the last minute talks end, we are told to head to the tunnel so I head out to the tunnel
Once in the tunnel, I line-up right behind Emma then I wait for us to be called out.
Minutes later we are told to head out onto the field for the prematch stuff so I follow Emma out onto the field.
Once on the field we stand in line for a few seconds then we shake hands with the Atlético Los Angeles players.
After we shake hands, we take a starting XI picture, Emma does the coin toss, then we do our team huddle before we head onto the field.
"You're going down Zura." Jucinara says as we walk onto the field.
"We'll see Juicy Juice." I say with a smile. "We'll see."

"EHH." I hear Jucinara squeal causing me to look away from my 1 month old babies and look up at my favorite center-back.
"Well hello Juice." I say with a smile.
"Babies." Jucinara says as she sits down next to me.
I chuckle then I scoot closer to Juice.
"The one in the red is Nala and the one in Green is Sarabi." I say.
"Oh my goodness they're so cute." Jucinara says as I hand the newest Nwigwe's to her.
"ZURA?" I hear my wife shout from inside the house.
"Excuse me." I say as I stand up then I head into my house which is filled with Real Miami and Atlético Los Angeles players.
Our game finished 1-1 then after the game we lifted the trophy and got our medals.
Now we're having an end of season party at Adelaide and I's house with both teams
"Yes?" I say as I walk into the kitchen.
"Can you help me carry this stuff out to backyard?" My wife asks as she motions to the box's of pizza.
"Of course." I say then my wife and I carry the pizza box's out to the patio.
"Dinner's ready." Adelaide says as we set the boxes on the bar next to the grill.
"Whew." Zoi cheers making everyone chuckle then everyone comes and gets their pizza and a drink.
Once everyone has their food, we sit around the backyard and eat.
"So how are you two feeling?" Christen asks as she looks at Abby and Adelaide.
"Pretty good." Abby says then Adelaide nods in agreement.
"Our babies aren't very fussy so far so it's been quiet around here." Adelaide says. "That may change any day now so we're enjoying the quiet and enjoying our babies."
"I still can't believe you four had your babies within a couple days of each other." Jessie says as I eat my pizza.
At 10:02 AM on April 14, 2024 Adelaide gave birth to our twin girls, Nala Nadira Nwigwe and Sarabi Imara Nwigwe.
At 6:59 PM on April 14, 2024 Leah gives birth to twin girls, Annemarije Hazel Martin and Madeline Joy Martin.
At 7:37 PM on April 15, Abby gave birth to a son, Everest Bastian Hayes.
At 7:53 PM on April 16, 2024 Alex gave birth to twin boys, Beckham Caspian Barlow and Colt Declan Barlow.
"Yeah I was shocked by that too." I say as I look at Nala and Sarabi, who are now in their covered bassinet in-between Adelaide and I. "Aww."
"What?" Emma asks.
"Their post feed crash just happened." I say as I look at the sleeping twins.
"Sibby's sleep?" Kehlani asks.
"Yeah sweetie." I say.
"Aww." Kehlani says with a dramatic pout then Athena waves a piece of pizza in Kehlani's face which causes my eldest to get happy again.
"What'd you think Kehlani about your new siblings?" Alexia asks.
There's no ill will between Alexia and I after what I said after I scored in the April friendly in Spain.
She actually thought I would say more shit to the crowd than I did.
"I so happy." Kehlani says with a smile. "Imma be good big sister."
"Yes you will be Munchkin." Sheridan says as everyone smiles at Kehlani. "Yes you will be."
