Tim's POV.
I've had a crush on my best friend Brian Thomas for years now. I started feeling this way about him at the end of high school but I never had the guts to tell him. I really want to but I'm worried he won't like me back and it might make our friendship awkward or even make him not want to be friends with me anymore. I haven't told him that I'm gay and I don't know how he'd react when he finds out.

I used to tell him that I had crushes on girls and he probably still thinks that they were on girls when they were actually on boys. I don't even know if he even like men or supports gay people but I can't wait anymore, I need to know if he likes me. I have to tell him. I just really hope he does.

It was 11:00PM on a Saturday night and Tim couldn't sleep because he was thinking about his crush and best friend Brian. He had finally gotten enough courage to confess his feelings to his friend so he decided to text him and see if he was awake.

Tim: "Hey Brian/Hoodie. Are you awake?"

Brian: "It's Brian and yes I'm awake."

Tim: "Let me guess, you can't sleep either."

Brian: "Yep. So since we both can't sleep,
what did you wanna talk about?"

Tim: "Well I've had something on my mind recently."

Brian: "Wait really? So have I weirdly."

Tim: "Have you actually?!😳"

Brian: "Yeah I have."

Tim: "Ok well, do you want to talk about yours first?"

Brian: "No I'm not ready to talk about
it yet."

Tim: "Ok that's fine I'll say mine first I guess..."

Brian: "You seem nervous about
something. Are you ok?😥"

Tim: "Yeah I'm fine just anxious talking about it since I've never done it before.😔"

Brian: "That's fine take your time, if you need a break just say and I'll let you have a break and if your worried about me not liking you for whatever it is then just remember that I will support you for anything you do or want to do, ok?😁"

Tim: "Thank you 😊."

Brian: "Are you ready to talk about it yet.
If not just tell me when you are."

Tim: "Ok I'm ready..."

Brian: "I'm listening.😄"

Tim: "Well... I kinda like someone..."

Brian: "Well haven't you had crushes on girls before I know there wasn't many
but what's so different about this one?"

Tim: "I lost feelings with those ones and I didn't have a crush on them as long as I've had this one for."

Brian: "Ohhh I see now. So are you
thinking of asking her out?😏"

Tim: "Well I kinda need your help? I don't know how to ask them out. You've asked people out before right?"

Brian: "Yes of course I have."

Tim: "Well then, can you help me?"

Brian: "I can try. Can you describe
her for me?"
