Carina and Maya are both in bed , getting up and ready...

Carina: good morning my beautiful sexy wife.

Carina: how did you sleep?
Maya: I slept good next to you.
Carina: good. Ohhh that's right you have therapy today,
Maya: yeah.. at 8 h45 with Diane, but I don't think she is really helping me... I prefer  Linda.
** Linda is Maya's Psychiatrist at grey's Sloan memorial hospital **

**Carina caressing Maya's flat and athletic body ** okay... but you can't cancel on Diane the morning of your appointment bambina.
Maya: fine I'll go. Only if you come with me.
Carina: bambina, of course I'm coming with you. Remember? I'm not going back to work until you get cleared from Linda.
Maya: right, okay thank you again for always being supportive and there for me and loving me unconditionally.

Carina: ohhh the bambinos are up , please come help me.
Maya: okay yeah I'm up and awake.

Carina: ohhhh good morning my beautiful sleepy heads.
Violet: good morning moms.

**Maya had prepared the girls outfit with the twins and had them on their dresser. **
Maya: good morning babies, are we still wearing the outfit we chose yesterday?

** Maya and carina both got their twins dressed in their navy blue dresses. And head down the stairs and made French toast for breakfast. **
Lorenzo: ughhh Chloe move.. why are you always in my way?
Chloe: uhhh I didn't do anything Enzo, stop being rude ,

Carina: okay fine I will feed you because we are running late... go go go guys, get everything ready, your homework is in your backpacks?
Chloe & Lorenzo: oui maman.

Maya: eat your French toast Violet.
**Violet is playing with her food.**

Maya: that sounds amazing please.
Chloe: violet open your mouth look the choo choo train is entering the station.

Everyone is off to school and daycare.

Carina: bambina are you alright?
Maya: yeah... I'm fine.
Carina: No you are not fine , Maya stop pretending like you are, it's okay not to be okay, that's why we found you Linda , and Diane, please tell me what's bothering you,
Maya: I'm tired of feeling depressed and exhausted all the time , I don't want to see the clouds no more, I found the absolute best person in the whole entire world... I married her and we have five incredible children.
Carina: everything is going to be fine,  oh you know what, we can have your mom or my brother babysit the kids and we go on a vacation just the two of us,
Maya: oh that would be amazing, but please don't think that I don't love our children because I really do , I'm just extremely overwhelmed and exhausted..
Carina: Bambina, I never thought that... I know you love them and they love you , we desperately need a vacation where we can be naked and undisturbed and away from all the stressful things!
Maya: okay .
Carina: perfect, we will figure it out later depending on what Diane suggest is the best option for you, But right now we have to go for your appointment Bambina!

Diane : I think we should have you admitted...

Maya: what? You want me to go there ...
Carina: yes because right now you are hurting YOURSELF AND ME! You don't see it right now but our family is slowly drifting apart, I haven't seen you all week, you keep saying that "everything is fine"
But EVERYTHING IS NOT FINE !!

** Uncomfortably cries **

Maya: okay fine , .... I can't keep being like this I'm so sorry my love...
Carina : it's okay
Maya: no it's not... I'm truly sorry about the way I've been treating you lately. It's not fair to you.
But I see and know that I need help.
Carina: okay . I forgive you for treating me like this. I'm only doing it because I love you tremendously and our kids, bambina, they light up every time you enter a room, you inspire them to do what they want to... — that is possible for women to be firefighters too.
Maya: has Chloe ever said she wanted to be a firefighter when she grows up?
Carina: I don't think so.. but I'm sure
Maya: okay... but I will definitely make her change her mind if she ever does... because I'm not letting her become extremely broken and defeated like I am now.
Carina: bambina... you are like this because of your dad, you are NOTHING LIKE HIM MY LOVE.  Trust me Bella,
Maya: okay.... But it's too dangerous for any of our children to be running into burning buildings for a living... I could see them become five brilliant top- of- their- class- just like their incredible momma.
