**Carina is still asleep on the couch with a blanket as she is shivering profusely... kayla said she did throw up several times... Carina doesn't like being sick she likes to be on the GO GO GO ! But Kayla took excellent care of her favourite aunt! She helped maya with the groceries and she made the chicken noodle soup for Carina.**

Maya: how is she doing?
Kayla: she is still shivering, I think she might have a fever , I couldn't find the thermometer but she did feel warm on her forehead and she did complain about her stomach pain from Violet little feet when she was helping her put her shoes on last week or so , I didn't know what to do !
Maya: okay that's excellent! What are you watching?
Kayla: I'm watching the birth video for my biology class and I have to explain every emotion the mom was going through during the whole entire labour and delivery process...

Maya: interesting...
Kayla: yea uh it's more like EXTREMELY USELESS because no one in my biology class is pregnant!!
Maya: yeah but like Carina said earlier  teenage pregnancies are extremely frequent and I guess your teacher just wants to have everyone prepared for the events of what can happen ... like  what to do if you end up pregnant, without using a contraceptive methods or solution in case you are way too young like twelve years old.. —— well no , technically when you get your first period you can get pregnant... and are considered a woman ! Solutions such as abortions and everything like that.
Kayla: yea I guess you're right!
Anyhow she wanted to watch it with me , to see if she did in fact tear with the twins but she didn't last very long.
Maya: I can confirm with you that she did tear up... but it's pretty common in natural and vaginal births !
Kayla: yea that's what Auntie Rina said!
Maya: she is the expert in this specific field

**Kayla and Maya laughed! **

Later that day

**Carina felt a little better after that warm chicken noodle soup, so she had enough energy to watch her birthing Violet and Scarlett with apparently everyone..Alessandro fell asleep on her chest while she was breastfeeding him **
Carina: why am i always sick Bambina?
Maya: i don't know why but you are working in a hospital....

Carina: yeah with expecting mothers not with sick children like in peds !
Violet: momma , you need some cuddles!
I will make you feel better!
** Violet climbs up on the couch and lays on her momma's chest , Carina is rubbing her hands on her back **
Carina: awnnn thank you so much Vivi , I do need me some Violet Grace cuddles!!
Scarlett: me too I can cuddle with you momma! Move vivi , i want a place on momma !

** Violet did in fact move to the right side of Carina's body, Scarlett laid on the left side of Carina, facing the tv of course **

Maya: okay, ready ?
Carina: wait I have to be in a better position, ** she goes on her back and spreads her legs

Maya: but I never did this!
Carina: I'll tell you what to do !
Push your index finger and middle finger as far as you can to reach my vaginal canal to
reach my cervix!
Maya: okay.. Then what?
Carina: hrmmmm!
The dilation is estimated as one centimetre for each fingertips that fits in the cervix!
Maya: okay! So you are definitely at a two! Two of my fingers are easily able to fit inside!

Carina: okay perfect! See that wasn't too bad, good job Bambina!!
** she leans in for a kiss **
Maya: what can I say I learned from the best !
Carina: you sure did! Andrew can you go through another road?
Andrew: Ughh I can try !
Carina: please do! It's not as comfortable as you would think it is ! Labouring in the
backseat of my van.
