Andy : I want to switch positions ahhhh ! My back is killing me !
Carina: you can try the hands and knees one it's extremely effective!
Andy: yeah okay, I'll definitely try it!! Ahhhhh !
** Andy is now in the hands and knees position and leaning towards the hospital bed and moaning and screaming ***
Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh AHHHH AHHHHH ! I can't keep doing this Carina it fucking huuuuuurts !
Carina: yeah I know Bella! I know , but she's extremely close, when you are pushing like you just did , leaning inwards the pillow we can start to see her little head ....
Andy: okay!! Urghhhhhh ! Owwwwww ! Ouuuuuh!!!
Carina: do you want a popsicle?
Andy : oh yes please I was just about to ask , piña colada please!
Carina : okay perfect I'll go get you one right now, I'll be back in 3 minutes!
James , if she tells you that she's coming out and I'm still not back , you can assist her with your hands and I shouldn't be too long!
**Andy and James **
Okay excellent!
**Two minutes later Carina comes back in Andy's room and hands her the popsicle**
We only had mango left !
Andy: that's totally fine! Thank you so much!! Ughhhh ! Owwwww ! I think she's turning herself and she is coming down the birth canal ahhh
Carina: my pleasure! Oh she's been in the birth canal for a while now but I think you should have your baby girl in your arms pretty soon!
**James was profoundly relieved that he didn't have to deliver his own daughter **
Ohhh thank goodness you are back , she keeps moaning and saying she has to push !
Andy: hrmmmm yeah ! I'm definitely involuntarily pushing!!!
Carina: okay that's totally fine and normal! Lean in forward with the pillow with every push you give me !
Andy: ohhhhh kaaaay ! Yeah Um we are definitely not having five children AHHHHHHHHHH!!

Carina: okay excellent.... That's it ! You are now fully dilated.
MaryAnne: you are doing such a phenomenal job Andy ! She's almost here!
Andy: hrmmmmm ahhhhh ! Okay that was a strong ass contraction!! Owwwwww ! I think she just kicked me so hard !
Carina: yeah ! She's going to do that...
James : were all of your children present at each births dr Deluca?
Carina: uhhh I had Chloe at home, my last baby and the twins at the hospital! So Lorenzo and Chloe weren't present at their births !
James : Ahh okay, wait so how did you explain to them what was going on?
Carina: Maya and I think that explaining everything to them is how they are going to learn and understand what was going on, we told them that momma was going to scream and cry because I don't know how this explaination came about but I think I was in labour with Chloe when Lorenzo, who was two at the time said where do babies come from? And I instinctively said well when babies are inside the mommies they have a key that grows inside with them and in order to be born the baby has to find the key to make mommies special door open !
James: hrmm genius thinking!
Carina: thank you! Okay breathe Andy breathe!
Andy: I can't ..... it fucking huuuuuurts ! Ahhhhh please don't make me tear !!!
Carina: I'm putting counter pressure on your peritoneum and vagina and it's going to prevent you from tearing!
Andy: okay thank you!
Carina: one more push Andy and her head is going to be completely out !
Andy: okay! I have to wait until the next contraction comes !!
Carina: okay excellent!
Andy : I don't know how you manage to be able to make it through four intense days of labour with Chloe!
~Carina chuckles ~
Honestly I don't know how I did either, but like I said every pregnancy and every labour is different but you are extremely lucky Bella, you've been in labour for twelve hours. And I legit thought I was going to be for twelve days. Also your sweet little princess is well positioned as to my Chloe lovey she was sideways for days , and I think that's why I was labouring as intense as I did , the first two days I spent in weird positions trying to get her to be in the correct position and the last two days of labour was like your process you are living right now !
James eyes widened: FOUR DAYS??? Woahhhh ! Again , mad respect to women !
~Carina chuckles ~
Andy : hrmmmmmmmm .... Ahhhhhhh ! Uhhhh it fucking huuuuuuuurts ! AHHHHH !
Carina: okay breathe in and out Andy, breathe! Her head is completely out, she has a little bit of hair, strawberry blonde hair!
MaryAnne: you are doing this like a champ!

**Carina's phone was ringing ! It's Andrew!
She quickly picked it up **
Carina : hi Fratelino, is it urgent?
Andrew: hi sis , no why ?
Carina: I'm in the middle of delivering Andy's baby right now, where are you anyways I haven't seen you home since kayla came to live with us !
Andrew: ohhh yikes , okay I'll —— let me know when you can talk , nothing is urgent!
Carina: okay bye !
** she hangs up the phone **
So sorry about that!
Andy: ahhhhhhhh OWWWWWW ! I feel like I'm tearing down my special door !!
Why is the burning sensation still there!
Carina: everything is fine Andy , breathe! In one or two contractions you will be holding your baby girl!
**James stroking Andy's hair and re positions her face cloth on her forehead **
It's almost over Bambina!!
Andy : okay here comes another contraction! ahhhhhhhhhh FUUUUUUUUCKKKKKK OUUUUUUUUHHHH AHHHHH !
Carina: and she's out!!!
** Baby girl is crying and screaming and kicking the air just like newborns do ! **
Carina checks her watch !
Time is 15h48 !
** Carina places baby girl on Andy's chest, for skin to skin! **
Andy: ohhh thank goodness it's fucking over!! Ahhhh !
Carina: congratulations Guys, she's perfect!!

Andy delivered the placenta. And begins to learn how to breastfeed her daughter.
James : I love you so much mi amor , you did phenomenal job!
Andy: thank you babe, thank youuu Carina for everything!!
Carina: you're welcome
Andy : she's so tiny ! Ohhh my goodness!
James : we still need to agree on a name...
Carina: we can weight her now and it'll take a few seconds and then you can discuss names privately.
Andy: okay...
My guess is six pounds fifteen ounces and eighteen inches long.
James : ohhh my guess is uhhh !
** he is now holding his daughter as he hands her to Carina so they can weigh her **
Seven pounds two ounces and seventeenth inches long!
Carina: okay let's see what you weight picolina !
Six pounds eleven ounces and eighteen inches long!
** Carina hands Andy her little baby girl and now she can bond with her and her husband! **

**Four hours later Carina comes back in to check on Andy **
Hi , does this little Bella have a name ?
Andy: yeah we decided on Milenna , and her middle name is Rose !
Carina: that's a beautiful name!
