Andy : okay I can't do this anymore Carina!!
James : you are doing such a wonderful job babe!
Andy: SHUT UP ! UGHHHHHHHHH ! Owwwww !
Carina : breathe in and out... that's it!
Andy : okay I'm soooo sorry for telling everyone to shut up ! Damn those contractions are really really painful! You weren't joking around Carina!
Carina: yeah I know, but women forget about the pain , the second their baby are on their chests !
James: it's okay honey, what wait really? You ladies really really do forget?
Carina laughs: yea why do you think I agreed to have five children? Apart from five being my favourite number, but that's beside the point.
Andy: hrmmm interesting! Well babe ! We are not having five !
James: yea no five is a handful!
How do you make it work Carina?
Carina laughs
I ahhh , sometimes I ask myself the exact same question every day when I get up ! But then I look at my beautiful children and Very sexy wife and I say
" that's why you went through nine months of excruciating pregnancy pain and pelvic pain and it's worth it"
Andy: awnnn ! I remember when you were holding your precious babies in your arms how relieved and so in love with someone who you have never met before their birth days , even though you have been living with this wombmate ,
Carina: yes , that's because I knew what was at the end of this excruciating painful part of labour and delivery!
Andy: ouhhh Kay ! Ummm owwww !
Carina: can I check you really quick?
Andy: yeah!
Carina: okay... ** she checked Andy's cervix **
Okay good news Andrea , you are now at a 5 ! Half way there ,
Andy: if I want an epidural now would be a good time to get it right? Carina: yes , now is the perfect time for an epidural!
Andy: okay, please order me one, or however it works , I can't do this anymore naturally!
Carina: okay, it's pretty normal for women to have an epidural most women do ! I'll order it now!
Andy: okay thank you Carina !
**Five minutes later the anesthesiologist r one comes in Andy's hospital room ! **
anesthesiologist : okay Andy , are you ready?
Andy: krmmm no , hold on I'm having a contraction right now! ** she holds out her hands so James can hold her hands she squeeze his**
James : you are doing such a wonderful job babe!
Andy : hrmmmk ! I'm trying!
James : you are doing everything right!
Andy: okay the contraction is over!
anesthesiologist : okay, now lower your head down for me please!
Andy: okay!

**Andy got the epidural and surprisingly she dilated extremely fast **
Carina: hi Andy, ohhh you look like a totally new person
Andy chuckles
Yeah , I feel like one too! Epidurals are the best inventions ever
Carina: I agree!
James : we still need to agree on a name babe!
Andy: yea ... naming a human is extremely difficult
Carina: yeah ! I totally agree!
You're going to figure it out I have no doubt!
James : yea thank you Carina!

James: it's okay babe! I've got four names too ! We can figure it out once she's here!

**Carina came back in Andy's hospital room to check on her progress **
Knock knock
Andy: come in ! Ahhh !
** Andy is laying on her right side and it kind of makes the pain less intense **
Carina: how's your pain ?? I'm going to check your cervix now!
Andy: okay!! I can feel intense pressure in my lower stomach and a burning sensation in my vagina !!
** she uncontrollably cries from the excruciating pain **
Carina: yeah that's totally normal, Bella , good news Andy.
Andy: what??
Carina: you are now at an eight !
Only two more centimetres and you'll be holding your little Bambina in your arms!
Andy: ohhh thank goodness!
It's almost over !
James: okay, you are doing such a good job babe! I'm extremely proud of you!
Andy: gracias babe
** Andy had to switch positions for the next hour, none of the positions Carina was suggesting seemed to be relieving the pressure.Andy went back on her back but has her legs spread out in the butterfly position ( a position known from dancers , Andy is very familiar with it )**

*Carina came back in Andy's hospital room to check on her progress, she did in fact progress and Andy now feels the urge to push*
Andy: go get Carina or someone! Ahhhhhh !
**Carina knocks on the door **
Hi , how's it going ?
Andy: ohhh thank goodness you are here! I feel like pushing ahhhhh !
Carina: okay that's excellent and that's what we want. Are you comfortable like this So I can check your cervix real quick?
Andy: yea I'm fine like this ! Ughhhhh !!
Carina: okay good news Andrea , you are now at an 9 and a half centimetres dilated.
She's on her way ,
Andy: okay.... Ahhhhh ! But why do I feel like pushing even if I'm not fully dilated yet?
Carina: oh that's because you do feel like pushing... and that's going to make her head come down, some people push for hours and hours! I did and it's totally fine and normal!
Andy: okay but when I'm pushing do you see her head ?
Carina: not yet . ** as she sits down on the stool and gets everything ready for Andy's delivery **
But you are making excellent progress!
Andy: okay thank you,
James : I have much more respect for you women after seeing and hearing your birth stories oufff , is men we definitely wouldn't be able to handle all that.
**Carina and Andy laughs **
Carina: have you decided on a name yet?
James : I think we have yeah!
Andy : yea , my first name on the list and your other name you really love , her middle name?
James : Mi—- Rose ?
Andy : si ! Ahhhhh !
Carina: you don't have to pick it out while you're actively pushing her out Andrea,
