**Lorenzo woke up and came in his moms room. Luckily for him Carina was already awake with little Alessandro she was about to feed him when Lorenzo came in **

Lorenzo: good morning momma!
Carina: ohh hi buddy! Did you sleep well last night?
Lorenzo: uh yeah kind of , so auntie Andy had her baby girl yesterday?
Carina: she did yes, she's so cute!
Lorenzo: Awnn , I can't wait to meet you her, when is she going to come meet us momma?
Carina: ohh sweetheart, not today, she is still in the hospital, and should go home later today, but when she'll be home we can FaceTime auntie Andy so you all can meet her little baby girl via FaceTime.
Lorenzo: sounds like a good plan , uh momma do I really really have to go to school today?
Carina: Um yes you do , that is your job as children to go to school and do your homework and hand it in on time ! Why ?
Lorenzo: ohhh , uhhh it's nothing really! I'll go get dressed and ready for breakfast! See you downstairs!
Carina: NUHHH nuhh not so fast mister, you know you can always tell me anything and mommy and I will never be upset with you,
Lorenzo: yeah I know... but it's nothing really I'm fine...
Carina: hrmmm okay ! I'm feeding your brother really quick and I'll be downstairs in a minute !
Lorenzo: okay thank you ,

**Carina is a little bit worried about what his son is up to **
Ahhhhh ! Owwww ! Alessandro!
Alessandro : sorry momma!
Carina: it's okay!
**Maya came back in their room from the shower with a towel on her head**
Good morning babe!
Carina: good morning my wifey !
** they both kiss several times **
Maya: did I hear that correctly? Lorenzo is up and it's not even seven yet?
Carina: yeah , you heard that right! But I'm starting to get concerned with him Bambina
Maya: why ?
Carina: because he just came In And asked me if he really really had to go to school today!
Maya: ohhhh , yikes ! I'm sure he's fine ! When I was eight there were days when I didn't want to go , and it's the end of the school year!
Carina: yeah maybe that's it, I don't know... I hope we are not neglecting our children!
Ayyye Ayyye !  ** she slowly begins to cry **
Maya: why the sudden tears my love?
Carina: I don't know.... I'm just emotional about anything... nothing in particular!
Maya: okay! But I'm here for you if you need to talk!
Carina: grazie Bambina!

Lorenzo and Chloe came home from school, Carina is still at work, until 19 h tonight. Maya is also at work, kayla is home and she heard something she was extremely shocked to hear !
Chloe: Lorenzo you have to tell momma or mommy about that , they are going to find out eventually and then you will get into trouble! Tell them or I will !!
Kayla : hiii guys! What's going on?
Chloe: hi Kayla! Oh nothing...
Lorenzo: hi Kayla! Everything is fine!

** Lorenzo scoffs and agrees with his six year old sister **
Fiiiiiine ! Ughh ! I'll talk to momma about it !
Chloe: okay!

Carina is now finished with her shift and she had an extremely hard day , she lost three expecting moms due to pre eclampsia. They were all pretty far along in their pregnancies. So Carina waste no time and headed home!

25 minutes later Carina pulls in the driveway. And gets her purse and enters her house!

Hiiii guys, ** she looked up at the ceiling to hopefully make her tears vanished **

Violet: hiiii momma hiiiii momma!!
Carina: hiiii Viviii ! Ohhhh how I missed you all
Scarlett: hiiii momma!! Ouhhh momma wery wery pretty today!
Carina: ohhh thank you my sweetie pies !
Lorenzo!!! Chloe!! Momma is home ! ** she kicked off her shoes and immediately poured herself a glass of white wine !
Kayla: hiii auntie Rina! Ouhh tough day huh ?
Carina: hiii KayKay! Yes ! I haven't had a horrible day like this in a long time!!! I forgot it was extremely draining oufff !

Kayla; yeah I don't know how you doctors do it every day
Carina: we do it because we save people's lives and I went into OBGYN to bring new fire into the world, not to call time of death!

**Just then Maya pulls up in the driveway, she grabs her back pack and heads in her house , she sees her kids arguing.... Her wife in tears and her niece trying her best to console her **

Maya: hiiiiii ....  Woah woah Lorenzo, Chloe, stop arguing! What is this ?
**Violet and Scarlett both came up to their mommy and have her a big hug **

Lorenzo: she took my toy !
Chloe: you have another one In your toy box Enzo I was playing with this one first! ** she runs around the house trying to get away from her brother **

Maya mouths : what's happening with CARINA!
Kayla: tough day at work!
** Kayla and Maya switch places am, Kayla is going to make dinner for the adults , the kids ate chicken nuggets and mash potatoes**

Maya: hiiii my love I'm back home
**Carina lifted her head up and let out a sigh of relief as she sees her wife with her arms around her body**
Ohhh hi bambina!
Maya: Hii! You had a tough day at work Kayla said ?
Carina: yeah ! I lost 3 pretty far along patients with pre eclampsia! And I haven't had such a horrible day in a very long time!
Maya: okay... is there anything that I can do for you?
Carina : yeah but you are doing it. Just hold me please!
Maya: I will of course!
Shhhhhhj it's okay.....

Would you like to dance around the house babe?
You need a new thing to think about for the evening my love!
Carina: okay.... We can do something.... But I don't know what we can do !
Maya: we can go for an evening stroll around the block, maybe you need some fresh air?
Carina : excellent idea babe!
Maya: actually i have a better idea, we're going to need a blanket and some cushions
**Carina a little confused but still intrigued **

** Maya brought Carina up on the roof of their house and they spent most of the night stargazing!**

Carina: thank you, i needed that!
Maya: anything for you wifey !
I love you so much and all I want right now is for you to be happy with your work life.... Even though sometimes it's hard..
Carina: siiii ! I am definitely happy although we wear black scrubs instead of pink ones!
** Carina fell asleep in her wife's arms while they were stargazing....
Three hours later Maya woke carina up so the kids wouldn't see their moms on the roof, therefore they would want to come up on the roof.**
Carina: I don't know why but walking in the little hours of the night like this made me think of when I was in labour with Chloe lovey.
Maya: hrmmmm yeah I do remember us walking around the neighborhood and had to stop several times because she didn't want to be correctly positioned.
**Carina gently hits Maya on the forearm and laughs **
Heeey it's not my fault she didn't want to come out.

Carina and Maya finally got into their bed and checked on the kids, everyone was sound asleep.
Both wives immediately fell asleep.
