Carina: okay... I'll check on your cervix but you are doing everything right bella !

Carina: you are going to feel intense pressure starting now until the baby is born but it's totally normal

Andy : okay I think I have to switch positions ooooww ! ** Andy is now hunched over the birthing pool and she has her legs spread out frog style she's now feeling intense intense pressure in her vagina ! Carina: good, ... that's it !
Andy : I can't do this the baby is never going to come out!!!
Carina: ohhh Bella , you are doing it honey! Everything is going to be okay!! I felt the same way with all of my children and they are rambunctious and fearless and reckless!! Your baby is healthy and strong!! I'd say early afternoon your going to be holding your new little baby!!
Andy : okay thank you ** tears were rubbing down her face extremely fast **

Andy: yea .. I'll try on my hands and knees see if it makes me progress faster ! ** she then switched on her hands and knees and she was beginning to feel some pain everywhere ***

Carina: alright!! Has your waters break yet?
James : you are doing such a wonderful job babe!
Andrea : hrmmmmmmmmmm Carina help ! Why is it taking it so long to come out?  No my waters didn't break!
Carina: I know darling... but you are definitely getting closer and closer to meeting your baby!
Andy : whennnnn ? ** she couldn't stop crying **
Carina: well you have 3 more centimetres to go , you switched positions!!

Andy: okay, can you do it while I'm in this position because for some reason it feels really really good!

**10h48 am Carina broke Andrea's water ! **
Carina: there you go , now it's definitely going to make you progress even faster!!
James : I'm soooo impressed with you mi amor ! And I think we are having a little prince mi amore !
Andy : thank youuu!! And I think it's a girl
Carina: ouhhhh ! Now we'll have to see which one of you is right... and we'll know in a few hours!!

Carina: okay that's good!! Your baby is coming!! Every time you push I see the top of their head!!
Andy: babe, I know we said we wanted to wait until we had the baby in our arms but we kind of honoured that no ?

**Andy looked at her husband and they both agreed to have Carina tell them what they were going to have and it would be easier to find a name **

James : babe , I found a wheel of names where we put the names we love and the wheel helps us choose!

Whilst the twins and Lorenzo looks like me but that's because Sandra Ramirez ( his birth mom chose me specifically because I looked like him and she trusted me with her son and that I would give him a better life than she ever could! She was 16 years old ) but yea !

** Andrea panted and panted some more, she was still on her hands and knees but she quickly wanted to switch positions **
Andrea : waiiiit I want to switch position!!
Carina: okay!! You can but she's almost here!
Andy : yea ** she still switched position and she was on her back with her Vagina and butt still in the birth pool **

Andrea : okay I'm ready for you baby girl !
Carina: okay, two more pushes and you will have your precious second princess in your arms!
Andrea : okay ** she said as happy tears came down her eyes **
James : you are doing such a wonderful job babe I'm sooooo proud of you!

Carina: congratulations Andrea, James ! She's beautiful!!

** Baby girl was born at 13h38 and she weighed 6 pounds 15 ounces and 19 inches long **

** Andy delivered the placenta at 13h42 **

Andy : ohhhh my goodness she's so adorable!!
Carina: she's perfect!
Andy : she's okay with her weight? Six pounds is small for a baby right though?
Carina: ohhh she's just the right size bella ! She's perfectly healthy and strong and full term
James : okay! Well mi amore do you want to know what the wheel ended up on ?

Carina: okay no problem I'll help you! ** James and Carina both helped Andrea get out of the birthing pool and onto the couch on the chux pads **

Carina: congratulations on your new little addition to your family!

** 13h55 Carina left Andy and James house and headed over to another house for her last patient of the day she texted Maya letting her know that she has one more patient to help and she would be heading home soon after **

** James took a picture of his new little princess who was already latching on his wife's breasts and he updated the group chain with all of the couples friends **
