The psychiatrist walks in, looking through the waiting room for any kind of familiar faces that may be of some use to your current situation. She was a stern looking woman, mid to late 40's, medium dark brown hair that the iconic 80's flicks at the ends. She always dressed super casual, but still managed to look smart. It was a talent you envied.

-Sam's perspective-
"Ah good Sam, you're here." A woman spoke enthusiastically.

You turn bemused and slightly confused "sorry." You glance around to make sure there was no one else in the vicinity. "Do I?" You hesitate, getting a good look at her before questioning her "do I know you?" You definitely didn't.

An uproar of cheers, clapping and chaos breaks out in the waiting room, when you look past the doctor in walked Walker. All high and mighty, shaking hands, posing for selfies, acting like he hasn't just ripped Y/N from you.

"Doc!" He shakes someone's hand "hey!" He poses for another selfie. "One sec." He sighs something. Your eyes rolling every damn time.

"For god sake." You've had enough, as he approaches you and the woman stood before you, who you still have no idea who it is, "Walker, leave it alone for once will you?" You protest.

"Hey doc. You know the drill. Get her to talk, remind her what's at stake if she doesn't." The side he gives you at that very point makes every hair stand on end, your skin crawl and your fists clench shut.

Even the "doc" in front of you can't help her eye roll as she turns to walk away, but she stops looking over her shoulder "given she made the deal. I don't think she needs reminding."

A small snigger escapes you. She had fire.

"Nevertheless, can't hurt to remind her. Can it?" Walker counters. Making your anger resurface.

The doc turns to face him fully, straight faced, even a hint of annoyance "actually it can. But I've got a feeling you don't care."

Walker smirks, looking between you both "you're right, I don't. Just get the answers. Thank you." He says as he was already walking out of the door, in the usual arrogant Walker fashion.

It takes every bit of strength and will power you have in you, to not follow him. You take a slow, deep breathe before turning your focus back onto this "doc" next to you. Just as you do, Bucky comes up behind you after sorting something out for his government mandated restrictions. That helps keep him out of prison.

"Gentlemen, shall we?" The doc invites you both, as she heads towards the holding cells.

"Yeah I'm just gonna-" you begin.

She's quick to stop you and cut you off "Yeah Sam, that wasn't a request. Now."

Bucky quickly follows, without hesitation, making you roll your eyes once again and sigh. Why? Why this of all things.

You walk into an interview room after a few minutes of walking through dull, neutral coloured hallways. As the doc opens the door and rounds the table, you see her sat with her back to you. You and Bucky follow the doc's lead.

-Y/N's perspective-
You watch as the doc takes her spot opposite you, your arms were folded, leaning on the table in front of you. But you weren't expecting her guests.

"Oh you've got to be kidding me?! Seriously doc?" Your irritation had now peaked. Even for walker, these tactics were a low blow.

"Yes seriously." The doc speaks bluntly, before meeting your aggravated gaze "you've got to give up your end of the deal Y/N. You know this." She looks back at Bucky and Sam both as confused as the other, before turning back to you with saddened eyes "what did you expect me to do?"

"Come alone. Tell him a lie. Anything but this." Your voice breaks as you extend your hand towards the boys, this was painful. You were looking at the very reason you were in this mess in the first place and that fucker had the cheek to drag them into it.

No doubt suggested I needed a reminder of what's at stake, how very Captain America.

The looks of the boys faces was just as heartbreaking, they couldn't meet your eyes, the worry, the betrayal, the sadness. It was enough to break you wide open.

Well played Walker.
