-Chapter 27~ The Dress-

"I'd like an Iced Caramel Macchiato and a Peppermint Brownie Cake pop." Christina tells the lady working at the Coffee Stand. She hands the lady some crumpled up money and waits for the workers to prepare her food and drink for her.

I watch as the lady behind the counter makes the drink. Once she's finished she pours the drink into a plastic container and puts whipped-cream on top. She places a lid on the drink and grabs the cake pop from underneath the glass case on the counter, handing both items to Christina.

"Thank you." Chris says, grabbing a straw and sticking it into the drink. She throws away the wrapper from the straw and walks over to me.

"Okay, now that you've got your coffee, where would you like to go first?" I ask her. We are both currently at the mall, trying to get some shopping done.

"Oh! That candle store over there," She says, pointing towards a small store that reads Ambrosial Aromatherapy. "How long do we have until the other girls arrive?"

"About two-and-a-half hours," I answer, following Christina in the direction of the store.

"I would have liked a little more time to get some shopping in, but I suppose that's enough time for now." She says.

When we reach the store I look inside before entering, seeing the bright decorations. The store looks very clean and modern with white walls and clean, hardwood floors. There are bright lights and decorations that look like they were meant for the spring time.

I walk into the store and am instantly hit with an army of smell. The scent of countless amounts of candles all come at me at once, creating a strange, but pleasant, mix of fragrances.

"I've actually never been in this store before." I tell Christina.

"Really," She asks, picking up a bright orange candle and smelling it. "This is one of my favorite stores."

I glance towards the door and see a sign with the store's slogan written on it.

'Stop to Smell the Candles' is scribbled on the board, various types of flowers surrounding the bubble lettering.

"I'm not much of a candle person." I admit, turning back to face Christina.

"Can you hold this?" She asks, holding up the orange candle that she was previously checking out. I nod and take the candle from her, seeing that the label reads 'Orange Tangerine'.

I lifted the lid of the candle off and smelled it, the blend of orange and tangerine bombarding me at once. The candle didn't smell bad, but it wasn't something I would ever purchase. Defiantly more of a Christina thing.

"Why is this place called Ambrosial Aromatherapy," I ask while Christina continues to search for various candles to purchase. "Isn't aromatherapy when people use oils for messages and lotion and stuff? I only see candles here."

"It depends, I guess Aromatherapy can be candles and stuff, " She says, picking up another candle. "They do actually sell lotion and stuff for messages, though, so the name does work."

"They do?" I ask. I hadn't seen any of those types of things in the store.

"Yeah, over there." She says, pointing towards a corner of the store.

I look over where she was pointing and see various bottles of lotions, oils, body sprays, and other different items used for messages and exfoliation.
