Kara picked up her phone and dialed a number while her brother argued back and forth with their caterer. She rolled her eyes and waited for the witch to pick up.

"Unfortunately this is not a great time love, rather tied up at the moment." Said the voice .

Kara glanced at Klaus now talking to Hayley and she walked out of the vicinity and went to her study. She closed the door "I need your assistance little brother." She explained glancing at the painting hanging against the wall.

"Oh? Is it do with the little dinner invitation mother failed to give me? Or the fact that mikael is no longer confined in St Anne's?"

Kara chuckled "The former, I suspect mother will try and end us this evening through whichever means, of course — I want to kill her but knowing that she may just hop into a another poor soul, I need to guide her.. to said poor soul and ensure she remains tethered till I end her for good." She explained her plan.

There was a brief silence on the other end "I have the right spell but we're going to need a participant—"

"Yes, I do have one, she's across the river and enjoys making daylight rings for Marcel's new recruits, her loyalty to him is enough reason to end her existence.. so can I count on you mate?" She asked softly

"Mm.. it'll be done, send me directions but I'll need something that's been spelled by mother and it'll be finished before this evenings climax.." he paused "and you should know that I'm still trying to get into Davinas good books so that she spills the beans about daddy dearests whereabouts.."

"Well your charm has always been legendary use that and the little witch will be putty in your hands— and make sure to keep her oblivious, her actions while wrong, she's still a good soul— just caught up in too many supernatural messes."

Kol snorted "As always you've got a bleeding heart, for cripples, the broken and bastards.."

Kara rolled her eyes "yes that's why I keep loving you after all" she teased back "as for the item.. well I think I've got the perfect one."

Across the River.

Kara walked to the witches' convenience store, she almost laughed when her eldest brother tried being inconspicuous as he followed her.

It was what she wanted, now to start the game. She pushed open to door to the store.

"Go away I'm busy." Lenore said not looking up from her pestle.

Kara smirked wryly "Blatantly practicing magic I see." She quipped making the woman look at her.

Lenore narrowed her eyes "Herbal remedies for a neighbor who lost her insurance. But, my guess is an Original ain't here to talk neighborhood gossip."

Kara walked to the counter "No, not really." She paused "See I've got a little problem, a pest you could call it. And I need a witch to participate in its extermination you see.."

"Why not get one of the witches across the river ? The quarter is crawling with them," Lenore countered.

Kara smiled her eyes slightly teasing "I suppose that would be an option if said pest wasn't in the middle of all those others. Now we know bureaucracy has not been kind to your community. Those tax incentives on local businesses have been stalling for months. Of course, a persuasive person could potentially remove any red tape" she trailed off.
