Moments after the duo or rather now trio left the house, the roof caved, followed by the rotten wooden walls and then the entire thing followed.

Davina coughed choking on the dust, while trying to catch her breath. "Oh god .."

Kara didn't spare a single glance in the now destroyed home's direction and walked to the SUV. "Let's go Davina."

Footsteps soon followed after her and while she contemplated whether to toss her unconscious sister in the trunk or the backseat .

Either way, the magic rolling off the woman was giving her a massive headache and making her nose bleed non stop, Tyr was as silent as the dead.

In the end familial ties won out and she laid her sister carefully in the backseat of the SUV while she got into the drivers seat and Davina jumping into the passenger seat. Mercifully not questioning their new guessing slumbering their existence away in the back.

"Kol failed to mention the dark object was also keeping that entire place standing" Davina muttered angrily "His an idiot you know.."

"Did you get hurt?"Kara asked not denying that her brother was indeed an idiot at times.

Davina sighed softly "No, not really. Just surprised." She glanced at the woman "Thanks for asking. You on the other hand are still bleeding."

Kara grunted and wiped away a new trail of blood "I'm aware."

Davina looked to the back "Something to do with sleeping beauty?"

Kara chuckled dryly "Possibly.." she shook her head "can you not feel the magic coming off her ?"

Davinas eyebrows furrowed "Uh.. no.. not really."

"You're lucky then, because I can, and I can tell it's foul, I only hope Claire is able to tell me whether she can remove it." Kara commented, pulling out her phone sending said woman a text "Which reminds me, you'll be doing the spell together, you're not strong enough to complete it on your own, even with the dark object and harnessing the power of the celestial event. It'll have a large strain on you and I'd rather not have a repeat of the harvest saga on our hands."

"You're trusting me with this?"

Kara stopped at a red light and turned fully to the young witch "I suppose I am. I trust you won't abuse that trust it's not something I give easily."

"But why?" Davina asked surprised

Kara shrugged a little honestly as was at a loss as well, she didn't think this was only because she envisioned Hope as the same age as Davina one day. Their little adventure today.. was somewhat.. nice. She liked the girl, before she barely paid any attention because if she did Niklaus would've taken it as a sign to pursue the girl even harder possibly destroying her.

But now that she did, she had to admit, the girl was definitely headstrong, opinionated and clearly had a mean streak a mile long. Stubborn, definitely stubborn , sort of reminding her of another brunette with green eyes and the love of her life.

"You remind me of someone." Kara stated after a beat of silence "someone very important to me." She added quietly.

Davina cheeks tinted slightly, she nodded slowly "Who?"
