*Mitch's POV*

I was packing my stuff for Texas when there was a knock at the door. I was alone and become nervous. Alex and Travis are out free on the street. I grabbed my phone  and walked towards the door.

"Who is it?" I asked.

"It's Avi"

"Oh," I unlocked the door and opened it for him to come in.

He smiled," How are you feeling?"

"Better," I answered, "You wanna help me pack?"

"Sure," He said walking over to my suitcase, "have you heard the news?"

"What news?"

"About Alex and Travis they turned themselves in," He replied.

I sighed with relief. A huge weight was lifted off my shoulders.

"Is that why you came here?" I asked.

"Yeah. Well not really, but sort of," He said.

"What's the other reason Avi?"

"I had a question..."

"Ask away"

He took a deep breath," How did you deal with Scott dating Alex?"

"I don't even remember. It was really hard though. Maybe one of the hardest things I've been through." I replied.

"Kirstie barely speaks to me anymore. I want to tell her that I love her but whenever I try she doesn't listen. She loves Jeremy, but I love her too. It's not fair,"

"Avi it's hard. She really likes Jeremy and she really likes you. She's probably confused, it's a complicated thought."

He smirked," I don't want her to like me. I need her to love me. I just need her to admit it. Even if she does then there's Jeremy to worry about."

"One step at a time," I reminded him.

He sighed.

"Step one should be to get her to talk to me," Avi joked.

"I'm sure everything will work out. Maybe I could talk to her one day," I offered.

He nodded," I'd like that"

We continued to back and soon after Esther and Scott came back with two bags of food.

"Hey baby," Scott said kissing my forehead, "Hey Avi"

"Hey babes" I said.

Avi smiled and greeted Scott and his sister.

"What made you come over?" Esther asked.

"He was helping me pack" I said.

Esther smiled , "You should stay for dinner little brother."

"I'd love too" Avi said still smiling.

He always smiles. That's one thing Kirstie always said she loved about him.

"What'd you get?" I asked.

"Chinese," Scott replied.

"Let's eat!" Esther said.

We ate our dinner and talked about random things. Avi told Esther and Scott about Alex and Travis and they were thrilled. Eventually, Esther and Avi left and it was just me and my boyfriend.

"Finally we're alone," I said with a suggestive smirk.

Scott bit his lip and put his hands on my hips. I grabbed his hands and pulled him towards the couch. I pushed him onto the couch and straddled him.
