Audre: "Are you free tomorrow and the next days?"
Mart: "I will make myself free and available. (smiles) What is your plan?"
Audre: "I know that they will ask you or us a lot of questions. Here is what we will say. We have been together for 3 months pa lang. You met me at the school. Ahmm, Paolo introduced you to me."
Mart: "Alright. .That's easy. Ahm, meron lang sana akong request sa'yo."
Audre: "Ano yun?"
Mart: "Dahil uuwe tayo sa inyo, pwede ba kita maipapakilala sa lola ko? Para makapagpaalam ako sa kanya ng maayos kung saan ako, I mean tayo pupunta. Hindi ko sasabihin na magpapanggap tayo. I will just tell her na may project ka at kailangan mo ng tulong ko.."
Audre: "Ah, okay. Sige. Payag ako."
Mart: "Aalis na ba tayo later?"
Audre: "Anong gusto mo? Gusto mo ba bukas na lang?"
Mart: "Okay lang sa akin kung bukas, if you would let me stay in your pad tonight."
Audre fell silent.
Mart: "Don't worry, I won't do anything to you that you do not permit. I just want to be with you, I missed you so much, after all. Gusto lang kita makasama. Makita ko kung kumakain ka ba, natutulog ka ba ng maayos. I see that you lost some weight? . (feels sad) Atsaka, I want to ask you some information about your family."
Audre: "Alright. You can stay at my pad tonight."
After they ate, Mart and Audre went to Mart's house.
Audre meets his grandmother.
Mart: "La, sya po si Audre."
Audre: "Hello po, kumusta po kayo?"
Grandmother: "Hello, anak. Finally, nakilala na din kita. Palagi kang kinukwento sa akin nitong apo ko." (smiles at Audre)
Audre smiles too, "Hmm, sana po magaganda po yung naikwento nya?"
Grandmother laughs, "Ay, oo naman. All good."
Mart: "La, magpapaalam lang po ako na magstay muna ako kila Audre ng ilang araw. Meron po kasi kaming project na kailangang gawin. I mean, project nya po na kailangan nya po ang tulong ko."
Grandmother: "Okay, sige, basta mag-iingat kayo. At Audre, ikaw na bahala sa apo ko, minsan makulit yan, pero sweet naman. Ikaw na magpasensya kung makulitan ka ha." (laughs and smiles at Audre)
Audre: "Ah, hehehe. Opo, mabuti pong tao itong apo nyo. Wala pong problema. Maraming salamat po sa pagpayag na hiramin ko po muna si Mart." (smiles)
Grandmother: "Kahit wag mo na isoli, okay na din lang." (laughs)
Audre laughs.
Grandmother asks, "Pwede bang yumakap sa iyo, anak?" (smiles)
Audre replies "Opo, pwede po." (opens her arms to embrace the grandmother)
"From now on, you can also call me your lola, or kahit anong gusto mo itawag sa akin, nanay or lola, okay?" (smiles)
Audre: "Maraming salamat po, lola, sa pagtanggap nyo po sa akin bilang apo ninyo na din." (smiles)
Grandmother: "Of course. Of course. Sya, maiwan ko muna kayo, maghahanda lang ako ng tanghalian, dito na kayo kumain bago kayo umalis ha."
Audre: "Okay po."
Mart has to pack his things; he takes Audre to his room.
Mart: "This is my room." Audre comes in, and looks around.
Audre: "Ambait ng lola mo. (smiles) Your place is nice and neat, just like you."
Mart: "Upo ka na muna, aayusin ko lang ang mga gamit kong dadalhin." (smiles)
Audre sits for awhile, but begins to look around his room.
Audre: "Ikaw 'to?" (laughs)
Mart turns to seek what Audre is referring to. . It was his picture when he was just 3 years old.
Mart: "Oo, ako yan. Bakit mo pinagtatawanan, ang cute ko kaya dyan."
Audre: "Wala naman akong sinasabi ah." (continue to laugh)
Mart: "Nakita mo lang yun ano ko eh." (because in his picture, he was a naked toddler)
Audre: (continue to laugh, blushes) "Oy hindi ha. Wala akong sinasabing ganon."
Mart: "Ah basta. Pag ako nakakita ng ganyang picture mo din. . Ha!" (teases)
Audre: "Oh ano, ano namang gagawin mo?"
Mart: "Wala, hahangaan ko lang." (winks)
Audre just smiles. She feels more relax now with Mart. After what happened to them, she is beginning to trust Mart more.
Lunchtime came and Mart is all set with this things. They ate lunch at the house, much delight it brought to Mart's grandmother.
Grandmother: "Sana makita kitang muli, Audre, iha." (smiles and hugs her)
Audre: "Opo, lola. I will be back here, I will visit you po." (smiles and hugs back)
Mart: "Bye, La. I will call and text you na lang." (winks)
Grandmother:"Goodbye, mga apo. Ingat kayo."
