The next morning –
Audre is awakened by the kiss of Mart as she is still in his embrace.
Mart: "Hi, beautiful."
Audre just smiles, her eyes slightly open. "Hey, you."
Mart: "Much as I want to stay here in this bed, with you, but we have to get going."
Audre: "Yeah." (rubs her eyes, and moves to sit)
Mart: "I'll cook breakfast."
Audre: "Ako na. Baka isipin mong hindi ako nagluluto." (smiles)
Mart: "Alright, tayo na lang." (smiles widely)
Audre: "Tayo na?"
Mart: "Oo, tayo na." (laughs)
After breakfast, they prepare themselves, and went off.
They drove off south.
Audre gives her home address to Mart and he drives.
Mart wants to buy something for Audre's family,
Mart: "Can I buy something before we go?"
Audre: "What, what is it?"
Mart: "I just want to bring something for your family, I hope it's okay."
Audre: (is touched and smiles) "Aww. That's sweet. Okay, sige." (smiles)
So they stop over at a store.
As Mart tries to buy flowers and basket of goods, a woman approached him and does some flirting. He was startled, but ignored the woman. However, the woman tails him and corners him. But Mart does not want to get involved. Audre has observed what is happening, so she walks towards Mart and let her presence be noticed by the woman. Audre instantly kisses Mart – much surprise actually for Mart. Then she grabs his hand and they walk out of that aisle.
Mart: "Whew. . ."
Audre just looks at Mart. He smiles but is confused, still maintains to smile and gaze only at Audre, examining her facial reaction.
Mart pays at the counter and they exited. Back at the car, Audre seem silent and cold. Mart notices.
Mart: "Pst. Miss"
Audrey – no reply
Mart: "Heyy. Bakit ang suplada mo na agad. . . after mo ako kiniss dun." (smiles and tries to tease)
"'Pag hindi mo ako pinansin ngayon, sige ibabalik ko na yung kiss na binigay mo sa akin kanina."
Audre blushes and reacts.
"Hoy. Kung hindi dahil sa akin, eh di dinakma ka na nung babae na yun." (rolls eyes)
Mart: "Thank you for that." (smiles)
Audre: "Hmp." (rolls eyes and looks away)
Mart: "Are you jealous?"
Audre: "No."
Mart: "Kung hindi, bakit mo ako ginaganito?"
Audre: "I'm not doing anything to you"
Mart: "Ang sungit mo kaya sa'kin."
Audre sighs, "I'm sorry."
"Do you still like me kahit na ganito ugali ko?"
Mart: "Oo naman, kahit na inaaway mo ako ngayon. Ang cute mo lang. Hahaha" (laughs)
Audre: "Hindi kita inaaway, noh." (still serious)
Mart: "Okay, sige nga, kung hindi mo ako inaaway, look at me and say what you really feel? I want to know what you really feel right now."
Audre: (faces Mart) "Hindi ako galit, hindi ako nagseselos. Okay?"
Mart: (holds Audre's hand, kisses her hand) "Audre, there is no one else in my mind and my heart, kundi ikaw lang. Ikaw lang ang nakikita ko. Wala ng iba. Kahit na madami pa silang pumila dyan sa harap ko, mga chicks na nagpapacute, wala yun panama sa tindi ng tama ko para sa'yo." (winks and smiles)
Audre finally gives in for a smile.
Mart kisses her hand again.
"Tara na. Excited na ako ma-meet ang future family ko."
Audre chuckles, "Wow ah. Talagang super sure ka na ha."
Mart: "Aba, oo naman. Pakiramdam ko palang ngayon, ako ang nawawala nilang family member-in-law." (smiles wide)
Audre just laughs.
Mart: "Okay ka na, baby ko ah." (winks)
Audre: "Baby ka dyan." (snobs)
Mart: "Sweetheart ko?"
Audre laughs again and shakes her head.
Mart: "Ayaw pa din? Hmm, love ko?"
Audre: (weakly slap Mart's cheek) "Magdrive ka na."
Mart: "Yes, dear ko." (smiles still)
(starts to drive)
Audre laughs again, "You won't ever stop." (giggles)
Mart: "Yes, until mawala ang sungit mo sa akin." (smiles)
Both of them laughs and head their way to Quezon Province.
