" BABY ?!?!!" we all said
" Yes, Ms.Richardson is 10 weeks pregnant." the nurse said
" You got my sister pregnant and didn't say nothing?" Kolby pushed me and yelled
" I didn't know bro I SWEAR. I mean I knew it could be a possibility but I didn't know " I said
" Kyah didn't want anyone to know. She was disappointed and didn't want to believe it her damn self. She was going to tell y'all after tonight" Jaliyah told us
I sat down in the chair and ran my hand over my face. A baby, wow. I didn't want a baby this early in life but for Kyah, I would rearrange my whole life for her.
" Can we see her?" Kenneth asked the nurse
She nodded her head yes and we followed her towards the room. As we entered the room, Ky was asleep. Her stomach showed a small baby pump and it was the most beautiful thing i've ever seen. I walked over and kissed her stomach, causing her to wake up.
" Daddy?! Dru? I'm sorry I didn't want to disappoint you" she said beginning to cry
" I love you so much baby. You didn't disappoint me, we got this okay?" Kenneth said brushing her hair back.
I simply crawled in the hospital bed with her and placed my hand on her stomach. This was my life now. I was about to be a father. We all talked about the baby and names and what not. Everyone sitting down talking and laughing made me feel at home and with a family. I respected Kenneth, and honestly looked at him as a father already. Everyone left after a while and I stayed with Ky overnight at the hospital.
" I love yall Ky" I whispered in her eyes holding her in my arms
" We love you too" she said and we went to sleep.
The Next Morning
The doctor approved Ky to come home today and Jaliyah and Asia texted me that they planned a surprise dinner later for Kyah. It was now 12:47pm and the dinner started at 5:30, so it was up to me to waste time. I decided to take Ky to the mall so she could shop and me as well. Hell, that's gon take 4 hours right there. We signed all the paperwork and Kolby was outside waiting on us. Kolby already knew the plan, so we headed straight to the mall.
" Where are we going? I'm hungry as hell" Ky said in her moody voice.
I don't know how I'm gonna deal with these hormones. We eventually arrived at the mall and her face glowed, I knew she was happy to be at her favorite place. Once we got in the mall, Ky went straight to Auntie Anne's.
" Can I get a large cinnamon sugar pretzel nugget with sweet glaze dip? Oh and a large lemonade!" She said with the hugest smile on her face.
The lady happily gave her the pretzel bites and drink and I paid. Me, Kolby, and Ky walked in every store and spent hella money.
" Ky, you know you don't need all them damn clothes." Kolby said as we sat at the food court
" Fuck you K. I have a reason" she said pointing to her belly
We sat and ate until Jaliyah texted me and Kolby to bring Ky back to the house. We stopped back by Auntie Anne's for Ky and left to head home.

As we were sitting in traffic listening to NBA Youngboy, I started to feel movement from my baby.
" BAE !! The baby she's moving!!!" I yelled tapping Dru
He reached back from the front seat and placed his hands on my stomach to feel the small flutters. He smiled so hard and this made me happy. I knew I was pregnant all along but didn't want to believe it. I'm only 17, I have my whole life ahead of me. I had big plans to go to college and then get married and have kids the right way but God had other plans I guess. The traffic started moving and within the next 10 minutes we were back at the house. Kolby helped me out the car, as Dru carried my bags. Once I opened the door, Jaliyah and Asia jumped out.
