"hey jisungie." sunyu smiled after accepting her older brother's call.

"hey hey! where are you up to with coming out of school?"

"erm, just about to meet hyewon outside her class and then we'll walk out to the car park. why, where are you parked?"

sunyu heard a sharp inhale followed by sigh.

"that's the thing, sunnie. i need to pick up yeonsuk from school but his teacher wants to speak to me. mom and dad had an emergency at work which means they can't get to him."

it wasn't unusual for the eldest of the four, jisung, to act like a parent to their youngest of the family, 6 year old han yeonsuk.

jisung would usually drive himself and his two sisters, 15 year old sunyu and 13 year old hyewon, home while his parents alternated between picking up yeonsuk.

however, sometimes their work got in the way meaning jisung had to pick up his brother earlier than his sisters would finish school.

"no that's okay, sung. don't worry." sunyu assured until letting out an awkward hum. "but erm, who's taking me and wonnie home?"

she could take a guess, however.

"minho's outside already waiting!"

"you know wonnie won't like that."

"...well i'm sorry babes, but that's the best i could do..."

sunyu heard a soft sigh before a car door shut over the phone.

"anyway i'm going to yeonsuk's school now so i'll speak to you later. i shouldn't be too long but minho will look after you!"

"okie dokie!" sunyu continued walking down the hallway until she was nearly at her sister's home room. "drive safe!"

"will do sunnie, bye bye!"

sunyu echoed a small bye before watching the phone call end.

now was the hard part. breaking the news to her younger sister hyewon that her brother's boyfriend was driving them home.

it wasn't that hyewon didn't like minho, it was more so the fact she had some kind of issue with him.

though what it was, no one except jisung knew anything about it.

sunyu was pulled out her thoughts as she watched her black haired sister walk out.

"today was so tiring." hyewon pouted as she fell into step with her sister. "i'll be so glad to see jisung so he can finally take us out of this boring ass place."

sunyu chucked nervously "well erm, unfortunately...jisungie had to see to yeonsuk."

before hyewon could ask what that meant, the answer was already given as she saw the students all looking to one place in the car park.

she took a deep sigh before realising exactly who was being fawned over.

lee minho.

minho wasn't paying attention to the people around him. he was more so looking out for two people who had come to mean very much to him.

as soon as he saw the two girls walking together down the path, he leant off his sleek black lexus lc and rid his sunglasses to smile at the pair.

"good afternoon." he smiled widely as he received a grin from sunyu along with a small huff from hyewon.

"bad day, kiddo?" minho asked as the three climbed in, still with a crowd around them.

"did you have to bring your supercar?" hyewon sighed as he placed her backpack on the seat next to her after fixing her seatbelt.
