after his boyfriend, jisung, had slipped into littlespace the evening before, minho had decided to organise the perfect surprise for him the following morning.

once he'd helped jisung to get ready for the day, he'd sat with the younger on the couch and told him something very exciting was on its way.

for the next ten minutes, jisung had been unable to sit still. his fuzzy socked feet were happily kicking against the front of the couch as he swung them back and forth, his hands tightly encased in minho's to help keep him somewhat calm.

when the doorbell finally rang, jisung's shoulders hiked up to his ears, his bottom lip folding behind his teeth as he silently looked at minho for him to answer it.

instead, minho had coaxed jisung from the couch, taken his hand, and lead him to the door. he gave jisung three seconds to take a deep breath before he opened it and smiled as the little let out a gasp, and his face immediately lit up.

felix, also having slipped into littlespace the day before, hurried past the doorway to wrap his arms around his best friend.

within seconds after releasing jisung, he'd kicked off his shoes, threw his jacket to the floor, and had been taken by the hand by jisung for the two to race upstairs to the playroom that minho had set up for painting, and other arts and crafts, while jisung had been asleep.

now, an hour later, minho had left the living room after giving the two their snacks and had wandered back into the kitchen to clean up the counter tops.

he'd been pleased to see how well the pair were playing together, and loved nothing more than seeing his boyfriend so happy from the surprise minho had organised.

so, when he walked back into the living room, the last thing he'd expected was to see felix cuddled into chan's chest while tears ran down his face, and jisung nowhere in his line of sight.

"woah, woah, woah! what happened?" minho gently approached felix sat in chan's lap. he crouched down, giving the two enough space, as he gently tilted his head waiting for felix to explain.

the youngest sniffed as he tried to calm his sobs, uncurling his hand from chan's shirt as he turned slightly to look at minho.

"w-wanted to get pi-chure from playwoom to show daddy," felix's expression showed his anger as he threw his hands down. "but when i walk in, hannie had woo-ined it!"

"he ruined it?" the older frowned, copying felix's expression as he brought his hand up to gently pat his knee. "how? tell hyungie what hannie did, lixie."

chan continued smoothing his palm up and down felix's back, occasionally pressing a gentle kiss to his temple to help settle him.

"d-der was pink and gween paint all over my pi-chure!" felix scowled as he kept his glassy eyes on minho. "dats what hannie was pain'ing wiv! he must have dun it while i was having snack! he finished eating before me, and went back upstairs!"

minho sighed at felix's explanation. he had heard footsteps only moments ago, and now realised jisung must have gone up alone.

still, he couldn't quite believe jisung would ever ruin felix's picture.

"argh!" felix angrily exclaimed, throwing his fists down and kicking his heels back, but with being in chan's lap, he'd kicked them back to his boyfriend's shin instead of the floor.

too upset to apologise, felix folded his arms over his chest and held the meanest scowl he could.

"lixie no like hannie no more! hannie been bad fwend!"

just before minho could attempt to defuse the situation, a sudden clattering behind him caused minho to turn his attention back towards the entryway to the living room.
