surprise early update 😇

for two weeks now, minho and jisung had been very happy in their relationship.

with both of them being extremely shy, and known to get flustered over the smallest of actions, the two had been taking it slow.

at 15 and 16, both were still yet to have their first kiss.

regardless, even though their relationship was still so new, both of them were hoping their current boyfriend would be their first.

today, minho had been spending the day at jisung's house. the day had mainly consisted of the two sitting on the couch, watching a film, and enjoying the comfortable silence that prevailed save for the odd commentary of the plot.

while watching the younger's favourite film, the two were cuddled up. jisung curled into minho's body with his head resting just above his slightly raised heartbeat.

soon enough, as the film came to its end, minho gently sighed as he'd looked at the time on his phone.

"you have to go don't you?"

"what!" minho laughed, looking down at his boyfriend and smiling at just how cute jisung looked. "how did you know!?"

"you have a thing you do," jisung grinned as he rested his chin on minho's chest. "whenever you look at your phone and sigh, it means you have to go."

deciding to be bold, jisung continued. "you sigh all sad because it means you have to leave me."

"w-well that is true," minho replied, looking away from jisung as a red tint began to show on his ears.

turning back, minho shrugged a little with a smile. "i always enjoy being with you."

"...sap." jisung teased under his breath, enjoying the quiet giggle he heard in response.

"but yeah," minho then sighed again as he tentatively lifted a hand to gently smooth back jisung's hair. "i have to go."

with jisung's arm being over minho's waist, he gently squeezed minho tight before loosening his grip and sitting back to allow minho to stand from the couch.

doing so, minho then walked over to the front door with jisung tottering over behind him.

"would you erm," minho began speaking as he pulled on his coat from the rack. "do you still want to go out for lunch tomorrow?"

jisung's eyes widened. "l-like a date?"

looking over his bewildered expression, minho laughed as he nodded his head.

"well yeah," he shrugged as he lightly patted down his pockets. "we are dating. so...we date."

"oh!" jisung exclaimed, wrapping his arms around his body in slight embarrassment though he still kept his eyes on minho as he chuckled and lightly ducked his head. "yeah, i um, just forget sometimes." he aimlessly waved his hand around. "first relationship and all..."

"i know, jisungie." minho assured, a similar sheepish look on his face. "you're my first boyfriend too."

the younger's shoulders raised a bit as he tried to fight the butterflies swirling through his stomach.

the pair had liked each other for a few months by now, though had both been far too shy to say anything.

now that they were really together, both boys still found themselves acting the same way they did all those months ago when they were first partnered for a school assignment.
