Zoey's POV

After breakfast and a pedialyte delivery Harry whisked me off in his fancy pants chauffeured car somewhere as a surprise. I was a little confused what he might have up his sleeve since he didn't even know it was my birthday until last night, and when we pulled up at Alder Planetarium I looked at him with a raised eyebrow. He smiled though, excited. I just followed his lead, I had never been to a planetarium before. I just knew it had to do with space, if I wasn't mistaken. He leaned over the back seat of the car to grab a beanie and hat and some sunglasses for us both, as there were a decent amount of people milling around and we pulled them on, along with our hoods. We made our way quickly to the box office, with Harry purchasing tickets while I looked around at the water and cityscape surrounding us, taking some pictures with my cell phone and drooling at the thought of having my Sony. It was really beautiful here.

Harry reached for my hand and led me into the building and into an exhibit in a huge theatre type setting

Harry reached for my hand and led me into the building and into an exhibit in a huge theatre type setting. We picked seats to the side as the lights were dimming and he grabbed my hand once we were settled in. An announcer talked us through an introduction and let us know how to control our chairs before the show began, skyward. I looked up to the dome above us as it transformed into a sea of stars about the towering buildings of this city, announcing the beginning of the Chicago Night Sky Experience.  I gasped and felt my eyes widen and water at the same time.

This man had gotten me the stars for my birthday. I turned to him with a few tears of shock and joy slipping down my face. He was already looking at me with a gentle smile, searching my face. I used my free hand to grab his cheek and bring his face to mine, kissing him hard. This was the most thoughtful thing anyone had done for me in years and I was completely smitten. I pulled back a little and mouthed "thank you" against his lips before stroking his cheek with my thumb and then settling back into my seat to watch the stars that were hidden above the smog and clouds at night. It was the coolest show, I have never seen anything like it and I enjoyed every minute.

Once it ended we hustled back out of the planetarium and out to the car before we attracted any attention, and we headed back to the hotel. While driving he received a call and learned he had to go to meet the band at the studio for a meeting so he just dropped me off at the entrance to the hotel with a sweet kiss, promising to see me later. I rode up to my room with a smile on my face, and as I let myself in my smile only grew. There was a stuffed sea otter on my bed.

He must have put May or Paul up to it, man he works quickly. I jumped onto my bed and grabbed it, pulling it into a hug. As I laid there I thought about how immense my feelings for him were. They were growing so quickly, and I could feel how strong they were getting every time I looked at him. I knew if my life were in any other place right now I would be thinking about the future with him, and what was coming next. Those thoughts couldn't happen right now though, I needed to let this be.....what it was. An intense, amazing connection and a wonderful friendship. I didn't think he was worrying about the future with me, as he was also only temporarily living in this little world we had going.
