At night...

The sky was covered with a blanket of twinkling stars that stretched to infinity and the moon was glowing with bright city lights.

Karan was leaning onto his window not even bothered to look at the beauty of nature. He was looking at the ring, looking at that he remembers teju making him wear the ring he frowned and was going to remove the ring from his finger when he heard a knock. He opened his door and saw Tejasswi.

Karan: You here at this time?

Tuje: Umm ya

She looked at his hands and sighed in relief when she find that the ring is still on his finger.

Karan: Come in

She nodded and came in then Karan closed the door and turned to her

Karan: What happened? Any problem? Did someone got to know about me and Misha?

Teju: No no...I-I came here to ask you for a favor

Karan: What do you want from me?

Teju: karan, promise me you will not throw this ring away or lost this...You can keep it somewhere but don't lose it or throw this away...this ring is very close to me.

Karan looked at the ring then at her

Teju: This was gifted to my mom by my dad. When my mom was near the death's door she gave me this. This is the last sign of her.

A tear leaked from her eye which she quickly wiped

Karan: Then why did you give me this you should have kept this with you.

Teju: I wanted to give this to someone special and moreover I don't think this is will be with me till my end.

Karan: someone special? Then you could have given this to that person whom you love.

Tejasswi Prakash pov

Teju's pov end

Teju: I don't think I will fall in love it's not my cup of tea. So I gave this to you...Now I guess I should go it's quite late.

She was going to leave when

Karan : Tejasswi

Teju: hmm *turning towards him*

Karan: I'm Sorry

Teju : sorry? For what?

Karan: For behaving rudely with you that day.

Teju: it's ok moreover there is was mistake too I ignored you...and I am too sorry for that Karan.

Karan smiled at her and she too responded to it

Karan: Now as everything is good between us we should again start calling each other by our nicknames ?*smiling*

Teju giggled then nodded in an agreed manner

Teju: now bye...Good night sunny.

Karan: Good night laddoo. Sleep well.

She left and Karan closed his door, he turned and leaned his back onto it then looked at the ring once and smiled

Karam: Am I special to her?

Next morning...

Teju was talking with yuvika and km helping them with preparing breakfast and others were watching tv or they are on their phone.

Teju: yuvika di and aunty taste this how is it?

They both tasted

Km/yuvika: Perfect/Yum

Yuvika: Let me call them for breakfast.

They both nodded and yuvika left. Teju and km arranged the table

Teju was arranging the plates when she saw Alex coming downstairs she quickly looked at the plates and tried to avoid him. Alex noticed this and smirked internally.

Yuvika: Mom see na when I called him to have his breakfast...he told me he is going somewhere out and he is getting late...

Km: Alex beta at least eat something.

Alex: I can't I am in hurry...don't worry I will eat something from out.

Km: Ok then. Go safely and don't forget to eat on time .

Alex : ya don't worry about me .

He said and left teju sighed hearing this

All were having lunch

Km: Bacho will you all going to your works today?

Everyone except Riya and km: Yes Aunty/Maa

Km nodded

Km: hmm so teju you can go with Karan .

Teju: Arey no aunty it's alright I will go by myself .

Prince: No...I would have taken you if I don't have to send yuvika to her office.

Yuvika: Is that a problem for you prince?

Prince: Ofc not my cutie pie.

Riya: Papa noh mi cutty piee!

Prince: Yes baby you are my cutie not your mom.

Saying this he kissed Riya's cheeks and Riya chuckled, yuvika punched prince playfully and others giggled seeing them

Karan: Ok I will take her with me.

Teju looked at him, he too looked at her and we're starting each other for some moments when it got disturbed by fake coughs of privika. They both looked down and their cheeks turned red as tomatoes.
