She was choosing her clothes when she heard a vase-shattering voice. She ran to check on her mom, but she was missing. She ran to check the rooms but couldn't find her. Her heart started to pound rapidly, and unknowingly tears started to form in her eyes. Suddenly she heard a knock from the balcony side.
She turned and her foot froze. She saw Alex there holding her mom's hand harshly and his men were pointing guns at her
Alex: Pik-a-boo! Tried to run away from me?
Teju: L-leave my m-mo-mom pl-please
Alex: How can I? *making an innocent face* now as your mom too knows then how can I? I would like to clear these hurdles from my life.
One of his men dragged teju near his boss. Teju was begging him to leave her mom.
Alex: I see you love her a lot! Then let's turn this into more fun! I will kill her first then your turn what's say? *lowering the angle of the gun*
Teju's mom wants to save her daughter she doesn't want to lose her daughter. She is ready to give her life for her daughter. She looked here and there when her gaze stuck at the pool which was just below the balcony.
Alex was going to press the trigger when teju's mom pulled teju in a sudden and dodged Alex's hand with full force. Then she jumped off the balcony holding teju's hand. Teju was in shock because of the sudden stop. Her mom hugged her tight.
Alex furiously looked at the two. They both fell into the pool, teju was safely landed in the water but not her mom. Her mom's head hit the cemented area. Teju swam towards her mom and kept her head on her lap
Teju: M-mom o-open yo-your ey-eyes...pl-please mom op-open th-them and ta-talk to me ple-please
Teju's mom: D-dear don't l-let my sa-sacrifice for y-you go f-for was-waste r-run...a-and pro-promise me y-you wi-will ma-make hi-him feel of h-how it fe-feels dest-destroying oth-others lif-life
Alex aimed them and shot her mom's chest. And her mom took her last breath saying her to run. Teju got numb, her tear flowed but her face didn't reflect any emotion.
Alex: CATCH HER BEFORE SHE RUNAWAY AGAIN!!
His men nodded
It started raining suddenly. As a drop touched teju's cheek. She came to her sense and with a heavy heart, she kissed her mom's forehead for the last time and ran from there, cursing herself for getting this life.
Flashback ends...
Teju: Aft-after that I somehow managed to come to this city and with a lot of struggles I managed my education fees. Those lonely years were hard for me. I don't know how I kept myself alive *chuckles*After 3 years of this incident I finally decided to look for the secret which was hidden in that locket. I searched for Mr. Adi but found he passed away then I tried to ask about this my dad's colleagues but they also didn't know this code. I tried to put in this code but failed this code means something which is the real password that only Mr. Adi and my dad knew. I felt helpless and confidence that I had flown away. I felt wasted, again I grew up fear of him. And back again to depression and even got delusional disorder. My condition started to get worse but somehow I managed myself and started to focus on my studies. Then I met prince Bhai, he was in third year student, and I the first year student though we were from different colleges we became best friends and unknowingly he helped me to be distracted from my past and focus on my studies and taught me to have some fun in life
