AN : Few clarifications before starting this second part :

1. Kaira died in an accident and they only have two kids : Kairav and Akshara. So, Goenkas have three children : Kairav, Akshu and Vansh.

2. Senior Birlas aren't negative here, especially Harsh and Manjiri have a healthy relationship. Abhi and Neil are their kids, whereas Anand and Mahima have 2 children : Parth and Nishita.

3. Birlas and Goenkas are neighbors, remember, I mentioned about Akshu moving to Udaipur when she was six.

Also, I added a song for this chapter. Play it when you see my note below. I guarantee you won't regret it.

Abhimanyu Birla, had just pulled off his white BMW Z4 in front of the Goenka villa when the whole family rushed outside to welcome their princess, followed by his own family. Smiling to himself at their enthusiasm, he quickly got out to open the passenger door for his Akshu who was literally buzzing with excitement to meet their family after two years.

- "Akshu, careful! You'll fall down." He chastised her while untying her blindfold as she hopped down before he could even open the door fully.

- "Why should I care about falling down when you're here? Abhi! Hurry!! Are they all here!?"

- "Patience Baba. Patience." He mumbled shaking his head as he took off her blindfold that he'd tied a while ago when they left the airport.

As soon as she could see again, Akshara squealed and ran all the way to the main gate, only to be taken in the bone crushing hug of her Bade Papa who lifted her off the ground. Abhi crossed his arms and leaned against his car as he watched her being hugged by everyone followed by Bade Papa, AG, Mimi, Badi mama, Kairav, Vansh Bhaiya, his parents, Neil, Nishita, Parth Bhai and Shefali Bhabhi.

Her beautiful laugh rang loudly the whole time and he stood adoring his Akshu without blinking.

- "It's overflowing."

Coming out of his trance, he turned his head to see Neil beside him. Abhi scrunched his nose grumpily at his little brother, as he raised a brow. "What?"

- " Love. Bhai. Love!" Neil replied in an overdramatic tone as he placed a hand on his heart.

- "Neil..." Abhi muttered a bit annoyed of his drama.

- "Don't 'Neil' me. You've made us go insane with your « just friends » drama." The latter replied as he insisted on the word friends while gesturing quote marks. Before Abhi could argue, his Shefali Bhabi who happened to listen to their conversation cut him off. "Just confess to her, Abhimanyu. I'm sure she's waiting for you as well." With a pat and a genuine smile she left leaving a blushing Abhimanyu behind her. Neil crackled up at his brother but choked on his laughed when he got a death glare in response.

Abhi returned his attention back to Akshara and as if she'd felt his stare, she looked at him to give him a soft smile, that she only reserved for him. 'Soon. I'll confess to you, soon.' He thought as he returned her smile with a fond one of his.

The clock ticked half past midnight when Akshara decided to call it a day as she left her the living room, hugging her brothers good night. She got back home with Abhi around the noon. She freshened up and joined their families downstairs. And since then, she didn't leave them—not that she could—her family missed her so much. She was pampered the whole day by everyone, Badi Mama had cooked the best meal she'd ate in years for her with all her favorite items, Manjiri Maa made her favorite dessert, that is chocolates brownies. Even Bade Papa, AG and Kairav tried to make her cake! Though it didn't look like a cake, the intention and the efforts should be appreciated. She tasted everything they made for her, having missed their love, their care, their warmth... she simply missed her family a lot and being back home gave her an unique sense of peace, she never had in the last two years.
