Abhimanyu Birla, came out of the bathroom, freshly showered, a towel wiping his wet hair as he made his way further in the bedroom to his wardrobe. Behind him, he heard the bathroom door open and close as his beautiful wife, clad in a yellow night dress, came out, cheeks flushed in an adorable hue of red. His lips tugged up in a proud smirk as he observed her from the corner of his vision. Turing around after fishing out a vest, he headed to where she stood avoiding his gaze shyly. He wore it on his way and once he was close enough to her, he snaked an arm around her, pulling her back to his chest with a soft thud.

Akshara gasped when her back hit her Abhi's front as her eyes closed, relishing the warmth that his body provided. Her safest cocoon.

"Why are you so shy, baby?" He asked as he dropped his head on her shoulder kissing her bare skin. He felt a shiver ran through her spine, on the spot where his lips touched and smiled softly. He'd never get tired of his effect on her. "It's not the first time we're doing it naa, Akshu?" He lightly teased as he tilted his head to her face, chin still on her shoulder.
"I know each and every part of your body and marked them mine." He further whispered as he tugged on her sleeve to see a freshly formed hickey on her shoulder, true to his words. And he knew that many were hidden under her maxi as well.

"Abhi!" She whined cutely in response trying to wiggle out of his hold, cheeks crimson red. He didn't let her go, however, instead tightened his arms around her and pulled her on his lap as he sat on the bed.

"You should stop this, Mr. Birla." She said.

"Hmm...stop what?" He feigned innocence and she turned around to glance at him furtively.

"Many things. One. Sneaking behind me like a thief while I'm taking a bath." She stated averting her eyes to everywhere in the room but him. And he stifled a chuckle but listen to her talk. "Two. Leaving...hic-hickeys...ev-everywhere..." She stuttered as her voice died into a soft, timid whisper.

His heart skipped a beat seeing his shy, blushing mess in his arms and he couldn't help but drop a peck on her temple cutting her short as she surrendered herself to him, immediately. "Three?"He breathed trailing his mouth to her ear and she held his arm around her waist.

Three? What is three? Akshara wondered as her mind was long lost in her Abhi land.

"...Inno-cence..."

"What?" He asked leaning of the side of her face as he stared at her, confused. She swatted his cheek away smiling. "You're not as innocent as you look, Mr.Birla. So, don't feign it." She murmured and Abhi laughed, throwing his head back.

As she was already on his lap, he pulled her with him when he fell back on the bed. And she somehow managed to whirl around in his sturdy arms to see his face. She couldn't miss his beautiful laugh.

He tucked her hair behind her ear as he stared back at her, feeling her stare on him. He nodded his head up in a silent question. And her eyes softened even more, as the love that shone in her eyes took his breath away reminding him how lucky he was.

"I love your laugh." She confessed, cupping his cheek as her thumb caressed his dimples.

Abhi's heart soared with love. "I love you more for being my reason to laugh, Gharelu Doctor." She smiled. Content and giddy.

Their faces approached together, breaths mingling together as she felt her love's lips brushing hers. And her eyes shot open. Damn. How could she forget!

Abhimanyu groaned loudly like a kid throwing his first tantrum as his Akshu leaned off and was staring down at him with wide eyes.

"I've something for you!" She said unwrapping her arms from his neck.
