'Nachde Ne Saare' slowly faded away as Akshara Goenka made her way in the hotel she was staying, away from the after Haldi party fun.

Her feet, arms, hands and face were covered in haldi, along with her yellow lehenga, making her look like a sunflower blooming in the middle of the garden. However, what made her bloom even more was her sparkling eyes and the dazzling smile adorning her face. Her happiness knew no limits because today was her big day. The day she's going to become Akshara Abhimanyu Birla. Her Abhi's wife!

She did a quick dance on spot before calming her buzzing self and looking around quickly as she rushed inside the elevators with a dark blush adorning her face. She barely had the time to lock her door when she heard a low whistle. Biting back her smile, she shook her head with an exasperated sigh.

"Abhi...I know you're here..." She said as she crossed her arms and tuned around to the person standing in the middle of her room.

"Impressive Akshu, you can feel my presence in merely two seconds, wow..." He praised as he approached her, clad in his haldi attire. The said Akshu rolled her eyes.

"Shut up, Abhi." She told as she strode toward him and grabbed his arm, urging him to the window. "And leave my room. We're not supposed to look until our marriage."

"But you've your dupatta naa?" He pouted stopping while she continued to push him forward but couldn't even budge him with her little strength.

"Abhimanyu Birla. Everyone is waiting for us..." she murmured. Her tone, stern. "We both know what will happen if you stay here. So—" She gasped as she was pulled against him with force, her phrase long lost as he stared into her eyes through her veil.

"What will happen, baby?" Abhi tilted his head innocently but his eyes said something else. Damn him and his magnificent eyes. Akshara felt butterflies in her stomach.

"...Abhi..." She whispered when his hand trailed up her arm burning each and every bare spot it touched.

"Yes, Akshu?"

She mentally slapped herself to get a grip on herself. Their families were waiting for them downstairs as they had to just change their clothes and go back to the party.

"Leave naa.." She requested in a small voice, eyes closed.

"Hmm...say that with your eyes open." He whispered back in her ear making her breath hitch.

She sighed just as he dropped a kiss on the spot. "You know I can't do that." She murmured.

"Then, why are you asking me to leave?" He retorted leaning back to look at her properly.

"Because our fam—" He hushed her placing a finger on her mouth.

"Our family knows we're as clingy as glue. And honestly, I don't even care about the teasings anymore." He told her before leaving her, while her eyes opened in surprise.

Abhimanyu glanced back at her for a moment before grabbing a bowl full of Haldi from her bedside table and went to stand before her.

"What're you doing, Abhi?" She smiled amused, taking the bowl he was handing, nonchalant.

"I've to apply haldi to my bride, right?" He replied with a wink. Tone playful.
